도 2는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 전지셀의 전극단자를 나타낸 모식도이다;
도 3은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 전지셀의 전극단자를 나타낸 모식도이다;
도 4는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 전지모듈의 구성요소들이 상호 결합되기 전 모습을 나타내는 모식도이다;
도 5는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 전지모듈을 이루는 전압 센싱부재의 분해도이다;
도 6은 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 전지모듈에 대한 모식도이다.
Claims (21)
- 전극조립체가 셀 케이스에 내장되어 있는 전지셀 본체;
상기 전지셀 본체의 적어도 일측 단부로부터 돌출되어 있는 전극단자; 및
상기 전극단자와 일체로 형성되어 있는 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부;
를 포함하고 있고, 상기 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부는 전지셀 본체와 교차하는 전극단자의 양측 변들 중 적어도 하나의 변으로부터 연장된 구조로 이루어진 전지셀을 둘 이상 포함하는 전지모듈로서,
상기 전지모듈은,
전극단자들이 동일한 방향으로 정렬된 상태로 전지셀 적층 구조를 형성하는 하나 이상의 카트리지들을 포함하는 전지셀 배열체;
상기 전지셀 배열체의 양단을 고정하는 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트들;
상기 엔드 플레이트들을 상호 연결하는 하나 이상의 서포팅 바들; 및
상기 전지셀들의 전압을 센싱하는 전압 센싱부재;
를 포함하고 있고,
상기 전압 센싱부재는,
(a) 전극단자의 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부에 접속되는 접속 단자들이 실장되어 있는 인쇄회로기판(PCB),
(b) 상기 접속 단자들에 전기적으로 연결된 커넥터; 및
(c) 상기 커넥터가 노출된 상태로 PCB가 장착되고, 일측면에는 전극단자의 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부가 수납되어 상기 PCB의 접속 단자들과 직접 접촉될 수 있는 홈들이 형성되어 있는 하우징;
을 포함하고 있으며,
상기 전압 센싱부재는 전극단자들이 인접한 위치에서 전지셀 배열체의 일측 단부에 장착되어 있고,
상기 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부는 전지셀 본체의 대향 위치에서 전극단자의 양측 변들 중 적어도 하나의 변에 형성되어 있으며,
상기 전지셀들은 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부를 포함하는 전극단자의 부위가 절곡된 상태로 전지셀 배열체를 구성하고 있고,
상기 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부는 접속 단자에 직접 용접된 상태로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀 본체는 두께에 대해 폭과 길이가 상대적으로 큰 판상형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극단자는 두께에 대해 폭과 길이가 상대적으로 큰 판상형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부는 전지셀 본체로부터 전극단자의 돌출 방향 또는 상기 돌출 방향을 포함하는 평면상에서 돌출 방향에 대한 수직 방향으로, 전극단자 상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부는 전극단자의 일측 단부로부터 연장된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱용 접속 돌기부는 전극단자의 폭을 기준으로 5 내지 50%의 크기로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
