Claims (10)
- 압력 용기(3)로 이루어진 형태의 건조 수단(2)에 의해 압축기(1)로부터의 가스를 건조하여, 사용자 네트워크(12)에 공급하는 방법으로서, 압력 용기에는 건조 영역(4), 재생 영역(5) 및, 건조 영역(4)과 재생 영역(5)을 지나서 선택적으로 배치되는 흡수 및/또는 흡수 매체(8)가 마련된 건조 매체(7)로 이루어진 로터(6)가 마련되는, 압축기로부터의 가스 건조 방법에 있어서,저부하 또는 무부하에서, 재생 영역(5)의 유입구는 재생 파이프(27)를 매개로 사용자 네트워크(12)에 연결되고, 재생 영역(5)의 유출구는 대기 측에 연결되고, 재생 영역(5)에서 수분을 흡수하고 흡수 및/또는 흡수 매체(8)로부터 배출하기 위하여, 가스 유동이 사용자 네트워크(12)로부터 재생 영역(5)을 지나 대기 측으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기로부터의 가스 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 재생 영역(5)을 통하여 가이드되기 전에 재생 파이프(27) 내에서 가열되는 것인 압축기로부터의 가스 건조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가스는 180℃ 정도의 온도로 가열되는 것인 압축기로부터의 가스 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조기(1)의 건조 영역(4)과 재생 영역(5)을 지나서 선택적 으로 흡수 및/또는 흡수 매체(8)가 배치된 로터(6)는 상기 재생 동안 정지되는 것인 압축기로부터의 가스 건조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 사용자 네트워크(12)용으로 압축기(1)로부터의 가스를 건조하도록 채택된 가스 건조 장치로서, 이 장치는, 건조 영역(4), 재생 영역(5), 건조 영역(4)과 재생 영역(5)을 지나서 선택적으로 배치되는 흡수 및/또는 흡수 매체(8)가 마련된 건조 매체(7)로 이루어진 로터(6)가 마련되는 압력 용기(3);재생 영역(5)의 유출구에 연결된 혼합 장치(10)를 매개로 건조 영역(4)을 통하여 건조될 가스를 가이드하는 것을 가능케하는 주 경로(9)와;건조 영역(4)의 유출구를 사용자 네트워크(12)에 연결하는 유출구 파이프(11)와;압축기(1)의 유출구를 재생 영역(5)의 유입구에 연결하는 제2 경로(14)로 이루어진 형태의 건조기로 대개 이루어지는 가스 건조 장치에 있어서,상기 장치에는 상기 사용자 네트워크(12)를 전술된 재생 영역(5)의 유입구에 연결하는 재생 파이프(27)가 마련되며, 재생 영역(5)의 유출구는 밸브(34)를 이용하여 가스 배출구(36)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 건조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재생 파이프(27)에는 히터(29)가 마련된 것인 가스 건조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유출구 파이프(11)와 상기 재생 파이프(27)에는 매번 역지 밸브(non-return valve; 13, 28)가 마련되는 것인 가스 건조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가스 배출구(36)에는 소음 흡수체(35)가 마련되는 것인 가스 건조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2 경로(14)에는 제2 경로(14)와 재생 파이프(27) 사이의 연결 관계에서 상류측에 위치된 역지 밸브(30)가 마련된 것인 가스 건조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 건조기(2)의 부하가 전설정값보다 낮은 경우, 가스 배출구(36)의 밸브(34)는 개방되는 것인 가스 건조 장치.
