Abstract

Werkwijze voor het drogen van een gas uit een compressor (1), door middel van een droger (2) van het type dat bestaat uit een drukketel (3) met een droogzone (4) en een regeneratiezone (5), met een rotor (6) die is opgebouwd uit een droogelement (7) waarin een adsorptie en/of absorptiemedium (8) is aangebracht dat afwisselend doorheen de droogzone (4) en de regeneratiezone (5) wordt gebracht, daardoor gekenmerkt dat bij een lage belasting of nulbelasting de ingang van de regeneratiezone (5) via een regeneratieleiding (27) in verbinding wordt gesteld met het verbruikersnet (12) en dat de uitgang van de regeneratiezone (5) in verbinding wordt gesteld met de atmosfeer.
