Claims (4)
- 자외선을 방출하는 복수개의 발광셀들을 갖는 발광 다이오드 칩; 및상기 발광셀들에서 방출된 자외선을 파장변환시켜 백색광을 구현하는 형광체를 포함하는 교류용 백색 발광소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 형광체는상기 발광셀들에서 방출된 광을 흡수하여 청색광을 방출하는 청색 형광체;상기 발광셀들에서 방출된 광을 흡수하여 녹색광을 방출하는 녹색 형광체; 및상기 발광셀들에서 방출된 광을 흡수하여 적색광을 방출하는 적색 형광체를 포함하는 교류용 백색 발광소자.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 복수개의 발광셀들은 직렬, 병렬 및 직병렬 중 어느 하나의 방식으로 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 교류용 백색 발광소자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드 칩을 덮는 투명부재를 더 포함하되, 상기 형광체는 상기 발광 다이오드 칩과 상기 투명부재 사이에 또는 상기 투명부재 내에 분산되어 위치하는 교류용 백색 발광소자.
