Claims (21)
- 실리케이트(silicate) 물질과 모노머(monomer) 물질을 혼합하여 조성물 A를 제조하는 단계;실리케이트 물질과 아민계 물질을 혼합하여 조성물 B를 제조하는 단계;상기 조성물 A와 상기 조성물 B를 혼합하여 조성물 C를 제조하는 단계;상기 조성물 C에 실란계 물질을 혼합하여 조성물 D를 제조하는 단계;에탄올에 페놀프탈레인을 첨가하여 조성물 E를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 조성물 D와 상기 조성물 E를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 A를 제조하는 단계는반응기 내부에 테트라에틸오소실리케이트, 테트라메틸오소실리케이트, 트리메틸메톡시오소실리케이트, 트리메틸에톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸디메톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸디에톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸트리메톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸트리에톡시오소실리케이트, 테트라메톡시오소실리케이트, 테트라에톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸디메톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸디에톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸에톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸비닐메톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸비닐에톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸비닐디메톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸비닐디에톡시오소실리케이트, 디페닐디메톡시오소실리케이트, 디페닐디에톡시오소실리케이트, 페닐트리메톡시오소실리케이트, 페닐트리에톡시오소실리케이트, 옥타데실트리메톡시오소실리케이트, 옥타데실트리에톡시오소실리케이트 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어지는 실리케이트 물질과터드부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어지는 모노머 물질을 투입하고 적당량의 반응 촉매를 투입하는 제 1단계;반응기 내부로 질소가스를 유입시키면서 교반시키는 제 2단계;반응기 내부 온도를 일정 온도로 유지시키면서 환류관을 통해 빠져나온 에탄올의 양이 일정해질 때까지 반응을 지속시키는 제 3단계; 및특정시점에서 질소가스의 유입을 중지하고 반응물의 온도를 40℃이하로 떨어질때까지 냉각하는 제 4단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1단계는 상기 실리케이트 물질의 중량비를 50 내지 95%, 상기 모노머 물질의 중량비를 5 내지 50%가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계는 30 내지 100rpm의 교반속도로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하 는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 3단계는 반응기 내부 온도를 60 내지 100℃로 유지시키면서 5 내지 10시간 동안 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 4단계의 특정시점은 더 이상의 에탄올이 나오지 않거나, 처음 나오는 에탄올 양의 20%미만의 에탄올이 나오게 되는 시점인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 B를 제조하는 단계는반응기 내부에 테트라에틸오소실리케이트, 테트라메틸오소실리케이트, 트리메틸메톡시오소실리케이트, 트리메틸에톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸디메톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸디에톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸트리메톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸트리에톡시오소실리케이트, 테트라메톡시오소실리케이트, 테트라에톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸디메톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸디에톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸에톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸비닐메톡시오소실리케이트, 디메틸비닐에톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸비닐디메톡시오소실리케이트, 메틸비닐디에톡시오소실리케이트, 디페닐디메톡시오소실리케이트, 디페닐디에톡시오소실리케이트, 페닐트리메톡시오소실리케이트, 페닐트리에톡시오소실리케이트, 옥타데실트리메톡시오소실리케이트, 옥타데실트리에톡시오소실리케이트 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어지는 실리케이트 물질과 디에탄올아민을 투입하고 적당량의 반응 촉매를 투입하는 제 1단계;반응기 내부로 질소가스를 유입시키면서 교반시키는 제 2단계;반응기 내부 온도를 일정온도로 유지시키면서 환류관을 통해 빠져나온 에탄올의 양이 일정해질 때까지 반응을 지속시키는 제 3단계; 및특정시점에서 질소가스의 유입을 중지하고 반응물의 온도를 40℃이하로 떨어질때까지 냉각하는 제 4단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1단계는 상기 실리케이트 물질의 중량비를 50 내지 95%, 상기 디에탄올아민의 중량비를 5 내지 50%가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계는 30 내지 100rpm의 교반속도로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 3단계는 반응기 내부 온도를 60 내지 100℃로 유지시키면서 5 내지 10시간 동안 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 4단계의 특정시점은 더 이상의 에탄올이 나오지 않거나, 처음 나오는 에탄올 양의 5%미만의 에탄올이 나오게 되는 시점인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물 C를 제조하는 단계는 상기 조성물 A의 중량비를 적어도 50%, 상기 조성물 B의 중량비를 50%미만이 되도록 혼합하고, 교반속도를 30 내지 100rpm으로 유지시켜 10 내지 60분동안 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 조성물 C를 제조하는 단계는 상기 조성물 A의 중량비를 70 내지 90%, 상기 조성물 B의 중량비를 10 내지 30%가 되도록 혼합하고, 교반속도를 40 내지 80rpm으로 유지시켜 20 내지 40분 동안 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물 D를 제조하는 단계는 상기 조성물 C에 이소부틸트리에톡시실란, 이소부틸트리메톡시실란, n-옥틸트리에톡시실란 중 어느 하나 또는 2이상의 혼합물을 50% 미만의 중량비로 첨가하고, 교반속도를 30 내지 100rpm으로 유지시켜 10 내지 60분 동안 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 조성물 D를 제조하는 단계는 상기 조성물 C에 이소부틸트리에톡시실란, 이소부틸트리메톡시실란, n-옥틸트리에톡시실란 중 어느 하나 또는 2이상의 혼합물을 10 내지 30%의 중량비로 첨가하고, 교반속도를 40 내지 80rpm으로 유지시켜 20 내지 40분 동안 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물 E를 제조하는 단계는 순도 95% 이상의 에탄올 90 내지 99.5g에 페놀프탈레인 0.5 내지 10g을 첨가하고 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 조성물 E를 제조하는 단계는 순도 95% 이상의 에탄올 95 내지 98.6g에 페놀프탈레인 1.0 내지 1.5g을 첨가하고 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물 D와 상기 조성물 E를 혼합하는 단계는 상기 조성물 E의 중량비를 50%미만이 되도록 상기 조성물 D에 혼합하고 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 조성물 D와 상기 조성물 E를 혼합하는 단계는 상기 조성물 E의 중량비를 5 내지 20%가 되도록 상기 조성물 D에 혼합하고 교반하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제조방법으로 제조된 표면침투 보강제.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 표면침투 보강제를 콘크리트 타설 후 28일 이후에 분무기, 로울러, 붓, 스프레이건 중 어느 하나로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면침투 보강제의 시공 방법.
