2 | 보행이나 몸돌보기는 할 수 있지만, 경노동은 할 수 없다. 깨어있는 시간중의 약 50% 이상은 일어나 있다. |
3 | 제한된 몸돌보기 정도는 할 수 있고, 깨어있는 시간중의 50% 이상은 누워 있거나 또는 앉아 있다. |
4 | 완전히 불능. 몸돌보기도 못하고, 종일 누워 있거나 또는 앉아 있어야 한다. |

- 일산화질소 공여제를 유효 성분으로 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항암제의 효과 증강제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치료 대상이 되는 암이 고형암인, 항암제의 효과 증강제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고형암이 비소세포 폐암인, 항암제의 효과 증강제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일산화질소 공여제가 유기 니트레이트 화합물인, 항암제의 효과 증강제.
