Claims (7)
- 기판과 대향하는 토출 헤드에 설치된 토출구(吐出口)로부터 패턴 형성 재료를 함유하는 액적을 토출하고, 상기 기판에 착탄(着彈)된 액적에 레이저광을 조사(照射)하여 패턴을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 기판을 향하여 상기 레이저광을 출사(出射)하고, 상기 토출구 부근에 설치된 반사 부재에 의해, 상기 기판에서 반사된 레이저광을 상기 기판 위의 액적이 착탄된 영역을 향하여 반사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성 방법.
- 기판과 대향하는 토출구를 갖고, 그 토출구로부터 액적을 토출하는 토출 헤드와, 상기 기판을 향하여 레이저광을 출사하는 레이저 광원(光源)을 구비한 액적 토출 장치에 있어서,상기 토출구 근방에 설치되고, 상기 기판에서 반사된 레이저광을 상기 기판 위의 액적이 착탄된 영역을 향하여 반사하기 위한 반사 부재를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재는 상기 토출구를 갖는 노즐 플레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재는 상기 레이저광을 투과시킬 수 있고, 또한 상기 액적에 대하여 발액성(撥液性)을 갖는 발액막에 의해 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재는 상기 기판에서 반사된 레이저광을 상기 기판과 직교하는 방향을 향하여 반사하기 위한 반사면을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재는 상기 기판에서 반사된 레이저광을 상기 기판 위의 액적이 착탄된 영역에 수속하기 위한 반사면을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 광원으로부터 출사된 레이저광은 상기 기판 표면에서 전반사(全反射)되는 액적 토출 장치.
