Claims (12)
- 고정자(2) 및 상기 고정자 내에서 작동하는 회전자(1), 및 상기 회전자(1)에 연결되어 상기 회전자를 구동시키기 위한 구동 모터를 포함하며,상기 구동 모터는 고정자 권선부(4), 및 전기자(3, 3a)를 포함하고, 상기 전기자는 거의 원통형 전기자로서 구성되어 거의 원통형 포트(5) 내부의 편심 궤도 상에서 회전하며, 상기 편심형 포트 상에 상기 고정자 권선부(4)가 배치되며,상기 전기자 및 상기 회전자가 강성으로 연결되는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전기자 반대쪽의 상기 회전자(1)의 단부에 거의 원통형 전기자로서 제 2 전기자(3a)가 배치되고 상기 제 2 전기자는 상기 제 2 고정자 권선부(4a)가 배치되는 거의 원통형 포트(5a) 내부의 편심 궤도 상에서 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,각각 상기 전기자(3)를 가지는 다수의 회전자(1)가 전기자와 회전자의 체인부 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전기자(3)에 영구 자석, 자기저항 자석, 또는 연질 자기 재료가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,토크가 상기 회전자에 가해지는 방식으로 상기 전기자(3)의 위치에 따라 상기 회전자 권선부(4)의 대응 부분을 조절하는 제어 유닛이 제공되고, 바람직하게는 자속이 상기 전기자(3)의 표면으로부터 최소 거리를 가지는 상기 포트(5)의 영역을 통하여 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전기자(3)는 매체가 관통하여 유동할 수 있는 홀을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미리 결정된 축방향 힘이 상기 회전자(1)에 가해지는 방식으로, 상기 전기자(3) 내부에 영구 자석 및 추가 코일(4)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전기자(3) 내부에 영구 자석 또는 코일(4)이 그룹으로 배치되고 상기 개별 그룹의 축방향 힘은 상기 회전자 상에 바람직하게는 반대 방향으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 회전자는 상기 축방향 힘에 의해 축방향으로 변위될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 펌프가 시동될 때 분리력을 감소시키기 위해 부가 축방향 운동이 실행되거나 부가 축방향 힘이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 펌프 유출구를 폐쇄하거나 밸브 바디를 작동시키기 위해 부가 축방향 운동이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 펌프 유출구를 페쇄하거나 밸브 바디를 작동시키기 위해 부가 축방향 운동이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는,편심 스크류 펌프.
