Description
Claims (22)
- 오염 제어 장치의 내측에 오염 제어 요소를 장착하는데 적합한 장착 시스템이며,오염 제어 장치에서 사용하기에 적합한 섬유 재료를 포함하고, 일정한 두께를 갖는 매트와,상기 장착 시스템이 오염 제어 장치에서 사용될 때, 오염 제어 요소의 외면과 접촉하도록 상기 매트의 표면에 배치된 연마 재료의 미세 입자들을 포함하는 장착 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 재료는 유리 섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 탄화 규소 섬유 및 붕소 섬유로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 무기질 섬유인 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 재료는 알루미나 섬유, 실리카 섬유, 알루미나 실리카 섬유 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 세라믹 섬유인 장착 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 섬유는 지르코니아, 마그네시아, 칼시아, 산화 크롬, 산화 이트륨 및 산화 란탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 종 류의 첨가제를 함유하는 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 재료의 상기 미세 입자들은 상기 매트가 그 두께 방향으로 관측될 때 상기 매트의 표면으로부터 하방으로 50% 깊이까지의 범위의 하부 영역에서 상기 매트 내에 함유된 전체 함량의 적어도 70%의 함량으로 함유되는 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 재료의 상기 미세 입자들은 상기 매트가 그 두께 방향으로 관측될 때 연마 입자의 농도가 상기 매트의 표면을 향하여 증가하는 방식으로 분산되는 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 재료는 알루미나, 멀라이트, 지르코니아, 마그네시아, 티타니아, 질화 붕소, 탄화 붕소 또는 이들의 조합인 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 재료의 상기 미세 입자는 JIS R6001에 의해 규정된 연마 입자 크기에 의하면 약 F1,200 내지 약 F60 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장착 시스템은 단일 매트를 포함하는 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장착 시스템은 상기 매트와, 상기 매트의 섬유 재료와 동일하거나 상이한 섬유 재료로 형성된 적어도 하나의 보조 매트를 포함하는 복합 매트인 장착 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 보조 매트의 섬유 재료는 무기질 섬유를 포함하는 장착 시스템.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 보조 매트는 상기 연마 재료의 입자들을 함유하지 않는 장착 시스템.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 매트는 비팽배성 매트 및/또는 팽배성 매트인 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장착 시스템은 촉매 지지체인 오염 제어 요소를 장착하는데 사용하기에 적합한 장착 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장착 시스템은 필터 요소인 오염 제어 요소를 장착하는데 사용하기에 적합한 장착 시스템.
- 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱 내측에 배치된 오염 제어 요소와, 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 한정된 장착 시스템을 포함하는 오염 제어 장치이며,상기 장착 시스템은 상기 케이싱 내의 소정 위치에서 상기 오염 제어 요소를 보유하도록 상기 케이싱 및 상기 오염 제어 요소 사이에 개재되는 오염 제어 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 오염 제어 요소는 촉매 지지체이고, 상기 오염 제어 장치는 촉매 컨버터인 오염 제어 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 오염 제어 요소는 필터 요소이고, 상기 오염 제어 장치는 배기 필터링 장치인 오염 제어 장치.
- 제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 한정된 오염 제어 장치를 포함하는 내연 기관용 배기 시스템.
- 제19항에 한정된 배기 시스템을 포함하는 내연 기관.
- 제20항에 한정된 내연 기관을 포함하는 차량.
- 제20항에 한정된 내연 기관을 포함하는 발전기.
