Claims (21)

- 제1항에 있어서,컨쥬게이트 불포화 그룹 또는 컨쥬게이트 불포화 결합는 터미널인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,티올(thiol) 그룹이 터미널인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,첫 번째 전구체 A는 2 내지 10개의 체인을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 제4항에 있어서,첫 번째 전구체 A는 4 내지 8개의 체인을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,두 번째 전구체 B는 2 내지 10개의 체인을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 제6항에 있어서,두 번째 전구체 B는 4 내지 8개의 체인을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,인접한 교차 연결점들은 원자 30 개 내지 120개 보다 적게 가지는 체인에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,인접한 교차 연결점들은 원자 330 개 보다 적게 가지는 체인에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,첫 번째 전구체 A 또는 두 번째 전구체 B의 체인들은 선형 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 제10항에 있어서,첫 번째 전구체 A 및/또는 두 번째 전구체 B의 폴리머들은 폴리(엘틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드), 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리(에틸렌-코-비닐 알코올), 폴리(아크릭 산), 폴리(에틸렌-코-비닐-필로리돈), 폴리 에틸록사조린(poly-ethyloxazoline), 폴리(필로리돈), 폴리(말레익 산), 폴리(에틸렌-코-말레익 산), 폴리(아크릴아미드) 또는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드-코-폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 블록 코폴리머드로 구성되어 진 그룹으로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,첫 번째 전구체 A 및/또는 두 번째 전구체 B의 체인들은 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,첫 번째 전구체 A의 컨쥬게이트 불포화그룹 또는 컨쥬게이트 불포화 결합는 아크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 퀴닌(quinine), 2-또는 4-비닐피리디늄 또는 이타코네이트 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포-폐색 막.
- 세포 폐색 막을 형성하도록 물의 존재 하에서 청구항 1에 기재된 첫 번째 전구체 A와 두 번째 전구체 B의 혼합에 의해 청구항 1의 방법에 의하여 세포 폐색 막을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 폐색 막 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 물은 버퍼된 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 폐색 막 제조방법.
- 첫 번째 전구체 A와 두 번째 전구체 B는 상호 분리되어지고, m은 2와 같거나 또는 보다 큰 것이고, n은 2와 같거나 또는 보다 큰 것이고, m+n은 5와 같거나 또는 보다 큰 것으로 이루어지고, 상기 전구체들의 각 축은 하나의 교차 연결점을 형성하고, m 이 2이면 그에 상응하는 교차 연결점은 인접한 첫 번째 전구체 A의 축에 대응하고, n 이 2이면 그 상응하는 교차 연결점은 인접한 두 번째 전구체 B의 축에 대응하고, 상기 인접한 교차 연결점들은 600개 원자들보다 적게 보유한 체인에 의해 연결되는 것;을 포함하는,상기 체인의 마지막 원자 20개의 어느 하나에 부착된 컨쥬게이트 불포화 그룹 또는 컨쥬게이트 불포화 결합을 가진 n 개 체인을 포섭하는 축을 포함하는 첫 번째 전구체 A와 체인의 마지막 원자 20개의 어느 하나에 부착된 티올(thiol) 그룹 을 가진 m 개 체인을 포섭하는 축(core)을 포함하는 두 번째 전구체 B;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 세포 폐색 막을 위한 키트(Kit).
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 키트는 버퍼된 수용액 및/또는 점성 개선제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 폐색 막을 위한 키트(Kit).
