Claims (8)
- 동력원으로부터 입력 부재에 전달된 회전을 변속하여 구동륜측으로 출력하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어에 관하여, 제 1 마찰 계합 (係合) 장치를 계합하는 제 1 다운 시프트 동작 중에 제 2 다운 시프트 판단이 이루어지면, 그 제 1 마찰 계합 장치를 해방하는 동시에 제 2 마찰 계합 장치를 계합하는 제 2 다운 시프트 동작을 실행하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치로서,상기 제 2 다운 시프트 판단이 이루어짐으로써 상기 제 2 다운 시프트 동작을 개시하는 다중 변속 실행부; 및상기 제 2 다운 시프트 동작의 개시 후, 상기 입력 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 제 2 다운 시프트 후의 기어단의 변속비에 따라 정해지는 동기 회전 속도보다 낮은 미리 정해진 제 1 판정 속도 이상까지 상승한 시점에서 상기 동력원의 토크를 저감시키는 토크 다운 제어를 실행하는 토크 다운 제어 실행부를 포함하는, 변속 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력원은 스로틀 밸브 개도 (開度) 를 전기적으로 제어하는 내연 기관이고,상기 토크 다운 제어 실행부는, 상기 엔진의 스로틀 밸브 개도를 그 엔진이 상기 입력 부재의 회전을 상기 동기 회전 속도까지 상승시킬 수 있는 토크를 출력 할 수 있는 개도까지 리덕션 제어하는, 변속 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 토크 다운 제어 실행부는, 상기 입력 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 동기 회전 속도보다 높은 미리 정해진 제 2 판정 속도를 일단 상회한 후, 그 입력 부재의 회전 속도가 소정 시간 하강 경향이며 그 동기 회전 속도보다 높은 미리 정해진 제 3 판정 속도를 하회한 것을 복귀 조건으로 하여, 그 복귀 조건을 만족한 시점에서 상기 토크 다운 제어를 종료시키는, 변속 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 토크 다운 제어 실행부는, 상기 복귀 조건을 만족하지 않는 상태가 소정 시간 이상 계속된 경우에는, 상기 토크 다운 제어를 강제적으로 종료시키는, 변속 제어 장치.
- 동력원으로부터 입력 부재에 전달된 회전을 변속하여 구동륜측으로 출력하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어에 관하여, 제 1 마찰 계합 장치를 계합하는 제 1 다운 시프트 동작 중에 제 2 다운 시프트 판단이 이루어지면, 그 제 1 마찰 계합 장치를 해방하는 동시에, 제 2 마찰 계합 장치를 계합하는 제 2 다운 시프트 동작을 실행하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 방법으로서,상기 제 2 다운 시프트 판단이 이루어짐으로써 상기 제 2 다운 시프트 동작 을 개시하는 단계; 및상기 제 2 다운 시프트 동작의 개시 후, 상기 입력 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 제 2 다운 시프트 후의 기어단의 변속비에 따라 정해지는 동기 회전 속도보다 낮은 미리 정해진 제 1 판정 속도 이상까지 상승한 시점에서 상기 동력원의 토크를 저감시키는 토크 다운 제어를 실행하는 단계를 포함하는, 변속 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 동력원은, 스로틀 밸브 개도를 전기적으로 제어하는 내연 기관이고,상기 엔진의 스로틀 밸브 개도를, 그 엔진이 상기 입력 부재의 회전을 상기 동기 회전 속도까지 상승시킬 수 있는 토크를 출력할 수 있는 개도까지 리덕션 제어하는, 변속 제어 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 입력 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 동기 회전 속도보다 높은 미리 정해진 제 2 판정 속도를 일단 상회한 후, 그 입력 부재의 회전 속도가 소정 시간 하강 경향이며 그 동기 회전 속도보다 높은 미리 정해진 제 3 판정 속도를 하회한 것을 복귀 조건으로 하여, 그 복귀 조건을 만족한 시점에서 상기 토크 다운 제어를 종료시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 변속 제어 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 복귀 조건을 만족하지 않는 상태가 소정 시간 이상 계속된 경우에는, 상기 토크 다운 제어를 강제적으로 종료시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 변속 제어 방법.
