- 엔진의 출력을 차량의 구동 바퀴로 전달하는 동력 전달 경로에 배치되고 무단 변속기로서 기능하는 무단 변속부와, 상기 동력 전달 경로의 일부를 구성하고 상기 무단 변속부에 연결되는 변속부를 포함하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 무단 변속부와 상기 변속부에 의해 정해지는 변속비가 연속적으로 변하도록, 상기 변속부의 변속 제어와 동시에 상기 무단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행하기 위해서, 상기 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 작동 가능한 무단 변속 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 변속부는 유단 자동 변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무단 변속 제어 수단은, 상기 무단 변속부와 상기 변속부에 의해 정해지는 변속비의 변화량을 감소시키도록, 상기 변속부의 변속비의 변화 방향과 반대되는 방향으로, 상기 변속부의 변속 제어와 동시에 상기 무단 변속부의 변속비를 변화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무단 변속 제어 수단은, 상기 변속부의 입력 속도가 변하는 상기 변속부의 변속 작동의 관성 단계에서 상기 무단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치는 상기 변속부의 입력 토크를 감소시키는 토크 감소 제어 수단을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 토크 감소 제어 수단은 상기 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 입력 토크를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 엔진에 연결된 제 1 요소, 제 1 전동기에 연결된 제 2 요소, 및 동력 전달 부재에 연결된 제 3 요소를 가지는 차동 기구를 포함하고, 상기 동력 전달 부재와 차량의 구동 바퀴 사이의 동력 전달 경로에 배치되는 제 2 전동기를 더 포함하며, 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 기능하는 무단 변속부와, 상기 동력 전달 경로의 일부를 구성하고 유단 자동 변속기로서 기능하는 유단 변속부를 포함하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 무단 변속부의 변속비가 상기 유단 변속부의 변속비의 변화의 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 변하도록, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어와 동시에 상기 무단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행하기 위해서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 작동 가능한 무단 변속 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.

- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 무단 변속 제어 수단은, 상기 유단 변속부의 입력 속도가 변하는 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 작동의 관성 단계에서 상기 무단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치는 상기 유단 변속부의 입력 토크를 감소시키는 토크 감소 제어 수단을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 토크 감소 제어 수단은 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 입력 토크를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무단 변속 제어 수단은, 상기 무단 변속부와 상기 유단 변속부에 의해 정해지는 변속비의 변화량이 감소하도록, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속비의 변화의 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 상기 무단 변속부의 변속비를 변화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 엔진의 출력을 제 1 전동기와 동력 전달 부재에 분배할 수 있는 차동 기구를 포함하고 상기 동력 전달 부재와 차량의 구동 바퀴 사이의 동력 전달 경로에 배치 되는 제 2 전동기를 추가로 포함하며 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 기능하는 무단 변속부와, 상기 동력 전달 경로의 일부를 구성하고 유단 자동 변속기로서 기능하는 유단 변속부를 포함하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 무단 변속부의 전기 무단 변속 작동을 제어함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하기 위해, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 작동 가능한 엔진 속도 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 전동기를 이용함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어해서, 상기 엔진의 속도가 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 작동의 종료시에 목표 엔진 속도값과 같아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 가속 페달의 조작량의 변화율에 기초하여 상기 엔진의 속도의 변화율을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구는, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동 가능한 차동 상태와, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동할 수 없는 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 무단 변속부를 전환할 수 있는 차동 상태 전환 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하 는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 엔진의 출력을 제 1 전동기와 동력 전달 부재에 분배할 수 있는 차동 기구를 포함하고 상기 동력 전달 부재와 차량의 구동 바퀴 사이의 동력 전달 경로에 배치되는 제 2 전동기를 추가로 포함하며 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 기능하는 무단 변속부와, 상기 동력 전달 경로의 일부를 구성하고 유단 자동 변속기로서 기능하는 유단 변속부를 포함하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 차동 기구에 제공되고, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동 가능한 차동 상태와, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동할 수 없는 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 무단 변속부를 전환할 수 있는 차동 상태 전환 장치와,상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 동력 분배 기구가 차동 상태 또는 비차동 상태에 있는지에 의해 선택되는 두 엔진 속도 제어 방법 중 한 방법으로 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하기 위해 작동 가능한 엔진 속도 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 무단 변속부의 전기 무단 변속 작동을 제어함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 작동에 의한 상기 엔진의 속도의 변화를 이용함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태에 있다면, 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태로 유지되면서, 상기 전동기를 이용함으로써, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 엔진의 출력을 제 1 전동기와 동력 전달 부재에 분배할 수 있는 차동 기구를 포함하고 상기 동력 전달 부재와 차량의 구동 바퀴 사이의 동력 전달 경로에 배치되는 제 2 전동기를 추가로 포함하며 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 기능하는 무단 변속부와, 상기 동력 전달 경로의 일부를 구성하고 유단 자동 변속기로서 기능하는 유단 변속부를 포함하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 차동 기구에 제공되고, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로 서 작동 가능한 차동 상태와, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동할 수 없는 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 무단 변속부를 전환할 수 있는 차동 상태 전환 장치와,상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 동력 분배 기구가 상기 차동 상태 또는 상기 비차동 상태에 있는지에 따라 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 방법을 변경시켜서 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하기 위해 작동 가능한 엔진 속도 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 무단 변속부의 전기 무단 변속 작동을 제어함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하고, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 20 항 또는 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 유단 변속부가 상기 비차동 상태로 유지되는 채로, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 작동에 의한 상기 엔진의 속도의 변화를 이용함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도가 변하도록, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 15 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구는, 상기 엔진에 연결되는 제 1 요소, 상기 제 1 전동기에 연결되는 제 2 요소, 및 상기 동력 전달 부재에 연결되는 제 3 요소를 가지고,상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 서로에 대해 회전될 수 있게, 상기 비차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 일체로 회전되거나 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 상태로 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소를 일체로 회전시키기 위해 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소 중 어느 두 요소를 서로 연결할 수 있는 클러치 및/또는 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 상태로 유지하기 위해 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 부재에 고정시킬 수 있는 브레이크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
