Claims (6)
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な無段変速機として作動可能な無段変速部と、前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部とを備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記無段変速部を電気的な無段変速作動可能な無段変速状態と前記無段変速部を電気的な無段変速作動しない非無段変速状態とに選択的に切り換えるための差動状態切換装置と、
所定の車両走行時に比較して大きな駆動力源ブレーキが必要なときには、前記無段変速部と前記変速部とで形成される総合変速比を所定の車両走行時に比較して低車速側に設定する変速制御手段と、
前記変速制御手段により総合変速比が所定の車両走行時に比較して低車速側に設定されたときに、必要な駆動力源ブレーキが得られない場合には、前記無段変速部を無段変速状態から非無段変速状態へ切り換える切換制御手段と

- 前記変速制御手段は、所定の車両走行時に比較して大きな車両駆動力が必要なときには、前記無段変速部と前記変速部とで形成される総合変速比を所定の車両走行時に比較して低車速側に設定するものであり、
前記切換制御手段は、前記変速制御手段により総合変速比が所定の車両走行時に比較して低車速側に設定されたときに、必要な車両駆動力が得られない場合には、前記無段変速部を無段変速状態から非無段変速状態へ切り換えるものである請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記所定の車両走行時に比較して大きな車両駆動力が必要なときとは、登坂路走行時或いは降坂路走行時である請求項3の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記切換制御手段は、前記変速制御手段により総合変速比が所定の車両走行時に比較して低車速側に設定されたときに、前記第1電動機および第2電動機の少なくとも一方の負荷トルクが許容範囲でない場合には、前記無段変速部を無段変速状態から非無段変速状態へ切り換えるものである請求項1乃至4のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記切換制御手段は、予め記憶された切換線図から実際の車速および駆動力関連値に基づいて無段制御領域および有段制御領域の切り換えを行うものであり、
前記登坂路走行時には、該切換線図の無段変速状態から非無段変速状態への切換線は前記所定の車両走行時に比較して、低駆動力関連値側へ変更されることを特徴とする請求項2または4の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
