Claims (32)
- (i) 10 중량% 이상인 실리케이트 광물;(ii) 800 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 액상을 형성하고, 8 내지 40 중량%인 하나 이상의 무기 포스페이트; 및(iii) 50 중량% 이상의 유기 중합체를 포함하고, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 15 중량% 이상인 중합체 베이스 조성물을 포함하여, 화재 조건에서 내화성 세라믹을 형성하기 위한 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시 자기-지지형 (self-supporting) 세라믹을 형성하는 세라믹화 조성물.

- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시, 세라믹화 조성물의 직사각형 시험 시편이 이의 길이를 따라 20 % 미만의 선형 치수 변화를 겪는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시, 세라믹화 조성물의 직사각형 시험 시편이 이의 길이를 따라 10 % 미만의 선형 치수 변화를 겪는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시, 세라믹화 조성물의 직사각형 시험 시편이 이의 길이를 따라 5 % 미만의 선형 치수 변화를 겪는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시 세라믹화 조성물의 직사각형 시험 시편이 이의 길이를 따라 1 % 미만의 선형 치수 변화를 겪는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 성분이 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 40 % 이상의 양으로 존재하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 성분이 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 60 % 이상의 양으로 존재하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 성분이 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 70 % 이상의 양으로 존재하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,다인산암모늄이 총 조성물의 20 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 실리케이트 광물이 총 조성물의 15 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 알루미늄, 마그네슘 및 칼슘의 옥사이드, 히드록사이드 및 카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 추가의 무기 충전제 성분을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 추가의 무기 충전제가 총 세라믹화 조성물의 20 중량% 이하의 양을 구성하는, 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 추가의 무기 충전제가 수산화마그네슘, 삼수화알루미나, 탄산마그네슘 및 탄산칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하고, 총 세라믹화 조성물의 5 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 탄산칼슘을 총 조성물의 5 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 포함하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 유기 중합체가 열가소성 중합체, 열경화성 (theremoses) 중합체, 열가소성 탄성중합체, 가교결합 탄성중합체 및 고무로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 유기 중합체가 열가소성 및 가교결합 폴리에틸렌 및 이의 공중합체 및 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 중합체의 밀도 범위가 890 내지 960 g/L인 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,무기 포움을 팽창시키기 위한 팽창제 (intumescing agent)가 실질적으로 포함되지 않는 세라믹화 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 신장된 기능 요소 및 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 따른 세라믹화 조성물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 절연층을 포함하는 케이블.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 신장된 기능 요소 둘레에 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 따른 세라믹화 조성물을 포함하는 단일 절연층을 갖는 케이블.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 세라믹화 단일 절연층이 기능 요소에 접촉하는 내부 표면 및 프리 (free) 외부 표면을 갖는 케이블.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 단일 절연층이 코팅물이 없는 외부 표면을 갖는 케이블.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 단일 절연층이 화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시 자기-지지형 세라믹을 형성하는 케이블.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 단일 절연층 조성물이 직사각형 시험 시편으로 형성되는 경우, 화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시 이의 길이를 따라 20 % 미만의 선형 치수 변화를 겪는 케이블.
- 제 19항에 있어서,다인산암모늄이 총 세라믹화 조성물의 8 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 케이블.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 세라믹화 조성물이 수산화마그네슘, 삼수화알루미나, 탄산마그네슘 및 탄산칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 5 내 지 20 %의 추가의 무기 충전제를 포함하는 케이블.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 세라믹화 조성물의 직사각형 시험 시편이 화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출 시 0.3 MPa 이상의 굽힘 강도를 갖는 세락믹화 조성물.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 굽힘 강도가 화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출시 1 MPa 이상인 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 굽힘 강도가 화재 조건에서 겪게 되는 승온에 노출시 2 MPa 이상인 세라믹화 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항의 조성물로부터 형성되거나 이를 포함하는 내화성 제품.
- 제 30항에 있어서,수동적 방화 적용 및 수동적 방화 특성이 필요한 일반적인 공학적 적용에 사용되는 내화성 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,유기 중합체가 폴리올레핀, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌 삼원공중합체 고무 (ethylene-propylene terpolymer rubber: EPDM), 클로로술포네이트화된 폴리에틸렌 및 클로리네이트 폴리에틸렌, 비닐 중합체, 아크릴 및 메타크릴 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리옥시메틸렌 아세탈, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 천연 고무, 부틸 고무, 니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 에피클로로히드린 고무, 폴리클로로프렌, 스티렌 중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 에폭시 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 비닐 에스테르 수지, 페놀 수지, 및 멜라민 포름알데히드의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 탄성중합체 또는 수지 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 세라믹화 조성물.
