Description
Claims (15)
- 디니트로톨루엔의 제조 방법으로서,a) 톨루엔을 황산의 존재하에서 질산과 반응시켜 모노니트로톨루엔을 수득하는 단계,b) 단계 a)의 반응 생성물을, 모노니트로톨루엔을 포함하는 유기상 및 황산을 포함하는 수성상으로 분리하는 단계,c) 모노니트로톨루엔을 포함하는 유기상을 황산의 존재 하에서 질산과 반응시켜 디니트로톨루엔을 수득하는 단계,d) 단계 c)의 반응 생성물을, 디니트로톨루엔을 포함하는 유기상 및 황산을 포함하는 수성상으로 분리하는 단계를 포함하며, 단계 a)의 반응 생성물은 유기상에 대하여 0.1 - 10 중량%의 톨루엔 함량, 및 수성상에 대하여 0.1 - 1.2 중량%의 질산 함량을 가지며, 단계 b)에서의 상 분리는 톨루엔과 질산의 추가 반응이 방지되도록 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 반응 생성물은 단계 a)의 반응 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 3.5 - 5 중량%의 톨루엔 함량을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서의 상 분리는 동적 분리기를 이용하여 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 모노니트로톨루엔을 포함하는 유기상은 추가의 후처리 없이 단계 c)로 이동시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b) 및 d)의 황산을 포함하는 유기상은, 필요한 경우 후처리 및 농축 후에, 단계 a) 및 c)에서 재사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a) 및 c)에서 사용되는 반응 장치는 교반 탱크 및/또는 흐름 반응기인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)는 단 하나의 반응 장치로 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)는 직렬로 연결된 최대 2개의 반응 장치로 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)는 35 내지 70℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)는 60 내지 85℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 질산 대 톨루엔의 몰비는 0.95 내지 1.12 범위인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 질산 대 모노니트로톨루엔의 몰비는 1.03 내지 1.10 범위인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 황산을 포함하는 수성상은 농축시켜 85 내지 96%의 농도를 갖는 황산을 수득하고 단계 a)에서 재순환시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 d)의 황산을 포함하는 수성상은 질산과 혼합하여 단계 a)에서 재순환시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a) 및 c)에 공급되는 질산은 58 내지 100%의 농도를 가지는 것인 방법.
