Claims (14)
- 제 1 파트로서 자유 라디칼 생성종을 형성할 수 있는 유기붕소 화합물 및 제 2 파트로서 자유 라디칼 중합할 수 있는 1종 이상의 화합물, 및 a) 퀴논 구조를 함유한 1종 이상의 화합물 또는 b) 하나 이상의 방향족 고리 및 상기 방향족 고리상에 히드록실, 에테르 및 이둘 모두로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 치환체를 갖는 1종 이상의 화합물 및 퍼옥사이드 잔기를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 경화 촉진제를 포함하는, 2-파트 중합 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 2 파트가 두 파트의 접촉 시 유기붕소 화합물을 탈착화할 수 있는 탈착화제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 히드록실, 에테르 또는 이둘 모두 중 2개 이상의 치환체를 갖고, 상기 치환체가 서로에 대해 오르토 또는 파라로 위치되는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기붕소 화합물이 유기보레이트 또는 유기보란 아민 착물인 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 퍼옥사이드 함유 화합물이 퍼 옥사이드 및 히드로퍼옥사이드의 군 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉진제가 히드록실, 에테르 또는 이둘 모두 중 하나 이상의 치환체를 갖는 방향족 화합물이고 2-파트 조성물에 대해 약 0.1 내지 약 4 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 퍼옥사이드가 2-파트 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.5 내지 약 8 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉진제가 퀴논 함유 화합물이고 수지 파트 조성물에 대해 약 0.1 내지 약 4.0 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 중합 조성물의 성분들을 자유 라디칼 중합할 수 있는 1종 이상의 화합물이 중합하는 조건 하에서 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 중합 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 조성물을 유기붕소 아민 착물이 해리하는 조건 하에서 승온으로 가열하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 성분들을 중합이 개시되는 조건 하에서 접촉시키는 단계;접착 조성물을 2개 이상의 기판과 접촉시키는 단계;접착 조성물이 2개 이상의 기판 사이에 위치되어 상기 기판들이 서로 접촉되도록 기판을 배치시키는 단계; 및2개 이상의 기판이 서로 결합하도록 접착제를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 2개 이상의 기판을 결합하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 낮은 표면 에너지 중합체의 표면 중 적어도 일부와 접촉시키는 단계; 및 유기붕소 아민 착물을 해리시켜 형성되는 중합체가 낮은 표면 에너지 중합체의 표면에 존재하도록 단량체, 올리고머, 중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물의 중합을 개시하는 단계를 포함하는, 낮은 표면 에너지 중합체의 표면을 개질시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 성분들을 접촉시키는 단계; 접촉된 조성물을 기판의 하나 이상의 표면과 접촉시키는 단계; 및 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하여, 기판을 코팅하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 2개 이상의 기판들 사이에 배치되고 각각의 기판에 결합된 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 갖는 2개 이상의 기판을 포함하는 라미네이트.
