Description
Claims (6)
- 외주부의 한 곳에 외주측으로 확개되는 개구부를 설치한 C형상 기재의 내주부에 4개의 돌편부를 형성하여, 인접하는 돌편부 사이를 내측 절결부로 하고, 돌편부의 내측 가장자리부를 축의 장착 부위의 외주면에 외접하는 볼록 원호 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 축용 스냅 링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,외주부의 한 곳에 외주측으로 확개되는 개구부를 설치한 C형상 기재의 내주부에 3개의 돌편부를 형성하여, 인접하는 돌편부 사이를 내측 절결부로 하고, 돌편부의 내측 가장자리부를 축의 장착 부위의 외주면에 외접함과 동시에, 축의 장착 부위의 외주면의 지름보다 큰 지름의 볼록 원호 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 축용 스냅 링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,개구부의 양측 가장자리부의 연장 교점을 돌편부의 접원 중심보다 먼 위치로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 축용 스냅 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,돌편부의 내측 가장자리부와 내측 절결부의 양측 가장자리부를 매끄럽게 연 속시킴과 동시에, 내측 절결부의 안쪽 구석부를 R면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 축용 스냅 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기재의 외주부의 인접하는 내측 절결부 사이에 상당하는 부위에 외측 절결부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 축용 스냅 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기재의 개구부의 반대측 부위의 외주부에 오목부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 축용 스냅 링.
