Claims (2)
- 탄력부재와, 이 탄력부재의 이면에 아크릴에스테르 중합물로 조성된 점착제에 습포성 약물을 혼합하여 도포한 점착제층과, 이 점착제층위에 PE코팅 이면에 이형제층을 형성시킨 이응지를 결합하여 형성되는 밸런스 테이프를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,아크릴계 점착제 96.5 ~ 96.7중량%와 나노실버 3.3. ~ 3..5중량%의 비율로 교반기에 의해 10분 이상 교반하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계에서 얻어진 제1혼합점착제 9 ~ 11중량%와 아크릴계 점착제 89 ~ 91중량%의 비율로 교반기에 의해 15분 이상 교반하는 제2단계;상기 제2단계에서 얻어진 제2혼합점착제 29 ~ 32중량%와 아크릴계 점착제 68 ~ 71중량%의 비율로 15분 이상 교반하는 제3단계;상기 제3단계에서 얻어진 제3혼합점착제를 1주일간 실온에서 숙성하여, 탄력부재에 도포하는 제4단계; 및상기 제4단계에서 얻어진 제3혼합점착제가 도포된 탄력부재와 상기 이응지를 결합하는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노실버가 함유된 밸런스 테이프 제조방법.
- 청구항 1의 방법으로 제조된 나노실버가 함유된 밸런스 테이프.
