Claims (7)
- 스위칭 소자를 개폐함으로써, 입력 전원으로부터 부하가 접속되는 출력 단자에 코일을 통해 전력을 공급하여 출력 단자의 전압을 조정하는 DC/DC 컨버터에 있어서,코일과 출력 단자 사이에 위치하여 코일 전류를 검출하는 소자;코일 전류를 검출하는 소자의 부하측에 접속되어 출력 단자의 전압을 평활화하는 평활화 콘덴서;코일 전류를 검출하는 소자의 코일측 전압을 검출하여 코일에 흐르는 전류의 기준 전류값를 제어하는 기준 전류값 제어 회로; 및클록 생성기의 기준 클록에 동기해서 스위칭 소자를 닫고, 코일에 흐르는 전류가 기준 전류값를 넘으면 스위칭 소자를 여는 피드백 회로를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코일 전류를 검출하는 소자는 코일 전류 검출 저항인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 평활화 콘덴서는 세라믹 콘덴서인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 평활화 콘덴서는 등가 직렬 저항의 저항값이 전해 콘덴서보다 작은 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코일 전류를 검출하는 소자는 상기 평활화 콘덴서의 등가 직렬 저항보다 저항값이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코일 전류를 검출하는 소자 및 상기 평활화 콘덴서에 의해 주파수 특성 중 제로의 주파수를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
- 스위칭 소자를 개폐함으로써, 입력 전원으로부터 부하가 접속되는 출력 단자에 코일을 통해 전력을 공급하고, 스위칭 소자에 피드백을 걸어 출력 단자의 전압을 조정하는 DC/DC 컨버터에 있어서,코일과 출력 단자 사이에 위치하여 코일에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 코일 전류 검출 소자; 및코일 전류 검출 소자의 부하측에 접속되어 출력 단자의 전압을 평활화하는 평활화 콘덴서를 구비하고,코일 전류 검출 소자 및 평활화 콘덴서에 의해 주파수 특성 중 제로의 주파수를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC/DC 컨버터.
