Claims (14)
- 소노트로드(18) 및 부스터(60), 부스터 및 컨버터, 소노트로드 및 소노트로드 헤드 또는 압축 챔버(10)를 제한하는 다수의 부분으로 구성된 앤빌의 작업부와 같이 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)을 통해 인접하는 소자를 포함하는 용접 장치, 특히 초음파 용접 장치에 있어서,넌 포지티브하게 결합된 소자들(30, 34, 46, 48, 60, 62) 중 적어도 몇 개의 소자는 포지티브한 결합의 달성을 위해 연속해서 놓인 상기 커플링 면들(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)에서 구조화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면들(70, 77, 83)은 선형 돌출부(72, 74, 78, 80, 84, 86)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부들은 리세스(76, 82)에 의해 제한되고, 상기 리세스는 대응될 커플링면의 돌출부 형상에 대해 일치하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 돌출부(72, 74, 78, 80;82)들은 서로 평행하게 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(83)은 서로 평행하게 뻗어있는 선형의 제 1 및 제 2 돌출부(78, 70, 82)를 구비하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 돌출부는 바람직하 게 90°각도로 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 돌출부(84, 86)는 동심으로 뻗어있는 원을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면은 각추형 또는 각추대형 또는 원추 또는 원추대형 돌출부(88, 90)에 의해 그리고 인접하는 리세스에 의해 구조화되고, 리세스는 대응될 커플링면의 기하학적 돌출부에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(88, 90)의 횡단면은 삼각형, 바람직하게 정삼각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 평균적으로 삼각형을 갖는 돌출부(88, 90)는 그 측면(92, 94)에 대해서 바람직하게 60°또는 90°의 각도 α를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부(94, 96)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부는 평균적으로 사다리꼴 형상을 갖고, 상기 형상의 측면은 바람직하게 60°또는 90°의 각도 α를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부(114, 116)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부는 평균적으로 톱니 형상을 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부(124, 128)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부는 파형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(124, 128)는 평균적으로 사인 곡선을 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부(104, 106)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부는 상기 커플링면(110, 112)의 뻗어있는 섹션의 연장된 평면으로부터 서로 평행하게 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 공작물을 수용하는 압축 챔버를 포함하는 초음파 용접 장치에 의해 선형과 같이 긴 공작물을 용접하는 방법으로서, 상기 압축 챔버는 소노트로드 섹션, 마주 놓인 앤빌 섹션 및 측면 제한 소자에 의해 제한되고, 상기 소자들 중 하나는 상기 압축 챔버의 세팅을 위해 그 폭이 조절될 수 있고, 상기 공작물은 앤빌 섹션으로 커버되거나 또는 실질적으로 커버되지 않은 압축 챔버에서 먼저 압축 챔버 내에 삽입되고 난 후, 상기 압축 챔버는 전체 횡단면에 용접될 공작물이 세팅되고 상기 공작물은 후속하여 소노트로드의 여기에 의해 용접되는 용접 방법에 있어서,M 공작물(M ≤4)이 용접되는 경우 압축 챔버의 폭은, 상기 공작물이 삽입시 상기 압축 챔버 내에 연속해서 위치 설정되도록 조정되고, N 공작물(N > 4)이 용접되는 경우 상기 압축 챔버의 폭은 상기 공작물이 삽입시 서로 나란히 및 연속해서 위치 설정되도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 방법.
