Abstract
Description
전술한 방식의 용접 장치는 US A 3 257 721 에 제시된다. 용접 장치에는 형상끼워맞춤 및 비-형상끼워맞춤으로 서로 결합된 토션관과 진폭 변환기를 포함하는 토션 발진기(torsion oscillator)가 제공된다.
Claims (14)
- 소노트로드(18) 및 부스터(60), 부스터 및 컨버터, 소노트로드 및 소노트로드 헤드, 또는 압축 챔버를 제한하는 다수의 부분으로 구성된 앤빌의 작업부와 같은, 커플링면들을 통해 비-형상끼워맞춤으로 결합된 인접한 다수의 소자들을 포함하고, 상기 비-형상끼워맞춤으로 결합된 소자들(30, 34, 46, 48, 60, 62)중 몇몇 소자들의 연달아 놓인 상기 커플링면들은 형상끼워맞춤 결합을 달성하기 위해 구조화되는 용접 장치에 있어서,커플링면(70, 77, 83)은 선형 돌출부(72, 74, 78, 80, 84, 86)에 의해 구조화되고, 대응될 커플링면들은 각추형 또는 각추대형, 또는 원추형 또는 원추대형 돌출부들(88, 90) 및 인접하는 리세스들에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 리세스들은 커플링면의 돌출부들에 구조적으로 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각추형 또는 각추대형, 또는 원추형 또는 원추대형 돌출부들(88, 90)의 횡단면은 삼각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 단면도로 볼 때 삼각형 형태를 갖는 돌출부들(88, 90)의 변들(92, 94)은 60°또는 90°의 각도 α를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부들은 단면도로 볼 때 사다리꼴 형상을 갖고, 빗변들은 60°또는 90°의 각도 α를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부들(114, 116)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부들은 단면도로 볼 때 톱니 형상을 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부들(124, 128)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부들은 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부들(124, 128)은 단면도로 볼 때 사인파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링면(40, 42, 56, 58, 66, 68)은 돌출부들(104, 106)에 의해 구조화되고, 상기 돌출부들은 커플링면들(110, 112)에 의해 형성된 평면에 대해 평행하게 연장된 커플링면의 섹션에 의해 서로 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 장치는 초음파 용접 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 장치.
