Description
Claims (11)
- 잉크젯 프린트헤드 및잉크통로, 박막 및 진공챔버를 가진 탈기장치를 포함하고, 상기 잉크통로가 상기 잉크젯프린트헤드와 연결된 출구 및 입구를 포함하며, 박막이 제 1 측부 및 제 2 측부를 가지고, 제 1 측부가 잉크통로내부의 잉크와 접촉하며, 제 2 측부가 진공챔버와 접촉하고, 잉크통로의 입구가 상기 출구위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입구 및 출구사이에서 상기 잉크통로가 전체크기에 대해 점진적으로 낮아지게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크통로가 입구 및 출구사이에서 하향으로 일정한 각도의 경사를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하향의 각도가 30도이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 하향의 각도가 5도 내지 15도인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하향으로 배열된 노즐들이 상기 잉크젯프린트헤드에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 입구에 연결되고 아압상태인 잉크공급원이 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입구에 연결되고 상기 입구위에 배열된 잉크공급원이 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 잉크공급원이 대기압상태에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯장치.
- 기질을 인쇄하는 인쇄유니트 및액체를 상기 기질에 제공하는 제 1 항의 잉크젯인쇄장치를 포함하는 인쇄장치.
- 잉크젯 프린트헤드에 연결된 출구 및 입구를 가지고 잉크젯장치를 구성하는 잉크통로내부의 잉크를 탈기시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,잉크통로내부의 공기방울들이 입구를 통해 상승하도록 상기 출구에 대해 입 구의 높이를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크통로내부의 잉크를 탈기시키기 위한 방법.
