Claims (12)
- 과산화수소를 함유하는 질소배수를 마이크로나노 버블로 처리하는 마이크로나노 버블 처리공정; 및상기 질소배수를 상기 마이크로나노 버블 처리공정으로 처리한 피처리수를, 액중막을 사용하여 미생물 처리하는 미생물 처리공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리방법.
- 과산화수소를 함유하는 질소배수가 도입됨과 함께 상기 질소배수를 마이크로나노 버블로 처리하는 마이크로나노 버블 반응조;상기 마이크로나노 버블 반응조로부터의 피처리수가 도입되는 탈질소조; 및상기 탈질소조로부터의 피처리수가 도입됨과 함께 액중막을 갖고, 상기 피처리수를 미생물 처리하는 질화조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로나노 버블 반응조의 전단에 배치됨과 함께 상기 질소배수가 도입되어, 상기 질소배수의 수질과 수량을 조정하는 조정조를 갖고,상기 마이크로나노 버블 반응조는, 상기 조정조에서 수질과 수량이 조정된 질소배수가 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로나노 버블 반응조는 마이크로나노 버블 발생기를 갖고,상기 질화조로부터 상기 액중막을 경유하여 얻은 처리수를 상기 마이크로나노 버블 발생기에 송수하는 송수부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 질화조는,마이크로나노 버블을 발생시켜 상기 액중막을 세정하는 마이크로나노 버블 세정부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 질화조는,상기 액중막에 공기를 토출하여 상기 액중막을 세정하는 산기관을 갖고,상기 마이크로나노 버블 세정부가 발생시키는 마이크로나노 버블과 상기 산기관이 토출하는 공기가 혼합된 혼합버블로 상기 액중막을 세정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산기관은 상기 액중막의 하방에 배치되어 있음과 함께, 상기 마이크로나노 버블 세정부는 상기 액중막과 상기 산기관 사이에 배치되어 있고,상기 산기관에 부착되어 상기 산기관이 토출하는 공기를 상기 마이크로나노 버블 세정부로 안내하는 제 1 가이드; 및상기 액중막에 부착되어 상기 마이크로나노 버블 세정부가 발생시키는 마이크로나노 버블과 상기 산기관이 토출하는 공기를 상기 액중막으로 유도하는 제 2 가이드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 질화조는,상하방향에 2단 이상으로 배치된 복수의 액중막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로나노 버블 반응조는,상기 질소배수와 아미노에탄올 함유 배수가 혼합된 배수가 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 탈질소조는,상부, 하부, 이 상부와 하부 사이에 배치된 분리벽, 상하방향으로 연장되는 경계판, 및 상기 경계판과 상기 분리벽 사이에 배치된 산기관을 갖고,상기 질화조는,상부, 하부, 이 상부와 하부 사이에 배치된 분리벽, 상하방향으로 연장되는 경계판, 및 상기 경계판과 상기 분리벽 사이에 배치된 산기관을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 탈질소조는 생물 처리된 처리수 또는 생물 처리 후에 발생하는 오니 (汚泥; sludge) 가 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 질화조에서의 조 내의 미생물 농도를 MLSS (혼합액 현탁물질) 농도로 15000ppm 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리장치.
