Claims (6)
- 하기 단계 (1) 내지 (6) 을 포함하는 시클로헥사논 옥심의 제조 방법:(1) 반응 단계: 티타노실리케이트 촉매의 존재 하에, 시클로헥사논, 과산화수소 및 암모니아를 반응시켜, 시클로헥사논 옥심, 물, 미반응 암모니아 및 미반응 시클로헥사논을 함유하는 반응 용액을 제공하는 단계,(2) 제 1 증류 단계: 단계 (1) 에서 수득한 반응 용액을 증류하여 암모니아를 증류 제거시키고, 시클로헥사논 옥심, 물 및 시클로헥사논을 함유하는 관출액 (bottom product) 을 수득하는 단계,(3) 추출 단계: 단계 (2) 에서 수득한 관출액을 유기 용매와 혼합한 후, 혼합물을 유기층 및 수성층으로 분리하는 단계,(4) 세정 단계: 단계 (3) 에서 수득한 유기층을 물과 혼합한 후, 혼합물을 유기층 및 수성층으로 분리하는 단계,(5) 제 2 증류 단계: 단계 (4) 에서 수득한 유기층을 증류하여, 유기 용매 및 물을 증류 제거시키고, 시클로헥사논 옥심 및 시클로헥사논을 함유하는 관출액을 수득하는 단계,(6) 제 3 증류 단계: 단계 (5) 에서 수득한 관출액을 증류하여, 시클로헥사논을 증류 제거시키고, 시클로헥사논 옥심을 함유하는 관출액을 수득하는 단계;여기서, 단계 (4) 에서 사용되는 물 및 단계 (4) 에서 수득되는 유기층 중 하나 이상에 붕소 또는 인의 산화물, 옥소산, 옥소산염, 옥소산 에스테르 및 옥소 산 아미드로부터 선택되는 화합물을 첨가하여 단계 (5) 를 실행함.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (3) 에서 사용되는 유기 용매가, 탄화수소 용매, 에테르 용매 및 에스테르 용매로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 용매인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (2) 에서 증류 제거시킨 암모니아를 단계 (1) 에 재이용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (5) 에서 증류 제거시킨 유기 용매를 단계 (3) 에 재이용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (5) 에서 증류 제거시킨 물을 단계 (4) 에 재이용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (6) 에서 증류 제거시킨 시클로헥사논을 단계 (1) 에 재이용하는 방법.
