Description
Claims (11)
- 이차전지인 다수의 단위전지들로 구성된 고출력 대용량의 전지모듈에서 단위전지의 전압, 전류 및/또는 온도를 검출할 수 있는 센싱 보드 어셈블리로서, 상기 단위전지들의 전극단자를 전기적으로 연결하며 인쇄회로기판에 접속하기 위한 연장 접속부를 포함하고 있는 커넥팅 부재, 및 상기 커넥팅 부재의 연장 접속부가 삽입되어 결합될 수 있는 천공구와 상기 천공구에 연결되는 회로가 형성되어 있는 인쇄회로기판을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연장 접속부는 천공구에 삽입된 상태에서 인쇄회로기판의 맞은 편으로 돌출될 수 있을 정도의 길이를 가지며, 그러한 돌출부위를 인쇄회로기판에 납땜하여 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지들의 전압을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인접한 단위전지들의 전극단자들을 전기적으로 절연시키기 위한 절연성 부재가 상기 전극단자들과 체결된 상태로 상기 전극단자들 사이에 개재되며, 상기 커넥팅 부재는 상기 절연성 부재에 체결된 상태로 전극단자들의 전기적 연결을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지의 양극단자가 체결되는 부위와 음극단자가 체결되는 부위가 상호 결합 및 분리가 가능하도록 구성된 두 개의 조립 단위체 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥팅 부재는 단위전지(A)의 전극단자(a)에 접촉되는 제 1 단자 연결체와 단위전지(A)에 인접한 단위전지(B)의 전극단자(b)에 접촉되는 제 2 단자 연결체를 포함하고 있고, 상기 절연성 부재를 감싸는 형태로 결합되거나, 또는 상기 절연성 부재에 결합용 홈이 형성되어 있고 그러한 홈에 삽입되는 형태로 결합되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단자 연결체와 제 2 단자 연결체가 상호 분리되어 있고, 각 단자 연결체는 해당 전극단자에 접속되도록 절연성 부재에 결합될 수 있으며, 상기 절연성 부재와의 결합 후 제 1 단자 연결체와 제 2 단자 연결체의 전기적 연결을 위한 도전성 부재를 상기 단자 연결체들에 결합시킨 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 중앙부에는 커넥팅 부재에 결합한 상태에서 커넥팅 부재의 일부가 노출될 수 있는 개구가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 따른 센싱 보드 어셈블리를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 중대형 이차전지 모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈은, 충방전이 가능한 이차전지인 다수의 단위전지들이 적층되는 플레이트와, 전지의 작동을 제어하는 회로부를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 중대형 이차전지 모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지 모듈은,충방전이 가능한 이차전지인 다수의 단위전지들;메인 보드 어셈블리가 부착되는 하단 수납부와 상기 단위전지들이 순차적으로 적층되는 상단 수납부를 포함하고 있는 장방형의 하부 케이스;상기 하부 케이스 상에 적층된 단위전지들의 상단을 덮을 수 있는 하단 수납부를 포함하고 있는 장방형의 상부 케이스;적층된 단위전지들의 전기적 연결을 행하고, 전지의 전압, 전류 및/또는 온도를 검출할 수 있는 상기 센싱 보드 어셈블리를 포함하고 있는 제 1 회로부;상기 제 1 회로부와 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 모듈을 전반적으로 제어하는 메인 보드 어셈블리를 포함하고 있는 제 2 회로부; 및상기 제 2 회로부에 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 과충전, 과방전, 과전류, 과열 등 전지의 비정상적인 작동시 전지의 작동을 제어하는 스위칭 소자를 포함하고 있는 제 3 회로부;로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 이차전지 모듈.
