- 전기 기계적으로 연속으로 변화가능한 트랜스미션으로서:a) 유성 기어 세트;b) 입력이 상기 유성 기어 세트의 제1 소자에 결합되고, 출력이 상기 트랜스미션의 주 출력 샤프트에 결합되며, 전기 발전기, 전기 모터, 및 에너지 저장 유닛을 구비한 전기 계통;c) 입력이 상기 유성 기어 세트의 제2 소자에 결합되고 출력이 상기 주 출력 샤프트에 결합된 기계 계통;d) 상기 유성 기어 세트의 제3 소자에 결합된 주 동력 입력;e) 상기 발전기의 출력에 결합되며, 상기 발전기의 출력을 상기 주 출력 샤프트에/로부터 선택적으로 연결/차단하도록 작동하는 발전기 출력 클러치; 및f) 상기 기계 계통의 상기 출력에 결합되며, 상기 기계 계통의 상기 출력을 상기 주 출력 샤프트에/로부터 선택적으로 연결/차단하도록 작동하는 기계 구동 클러치를 구비하는 전기 기계적으로 연속으로 변화가능한 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 동력 입력만을 사용하여 이용가능한 것 보다 높은 토크 수준에서 상기 트랜스미션이 작동할 수 있도록 상기 에너지 저장 유닛에 저장된 동력과 상기 주 동력 입력으로부터의 동력을 결합하는 부스트 모드가 가능하게 결합된 경우 상기 발전기 출력 클러치, 기계 구동 클러치, 및 유성 분할 속도 클러 치가 작동하도록 상기 유성 기어 세트의 어느 두 소자들을 같이 체결하도록 작동하는 유성 분할 속도 클러치를 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 저장 유닛은 배터리들의 뱅크로 구성된 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 저장 유닛은 커패시터들의 뱅크와 배터리들의 뱅크로서 구성되는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발전기로부터의 동력 출력이 상기 에너지 저장 유닛을 충전하도록 사용될 수 있게 작동하는 상기 전기 발전기에 결합된 발전기 출력 클러치를 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발전기 입력 클러치는 상기 주 동력 입력에 결합된 엔진을 시동하기 위하여 상기 전기 발전기가 동력을 제공할 수 있도록 결합될 수 있는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 출력 샤프트에의 모든 동력이 상기 기계 계통에 의하여 구동되도록 상기 전기 계통을 체결하기 위하여 작동되며, 상기 전기 계통에 결합된 잠금 브레이크를 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스미션에 대해 둘 혹은 그 이상의 별개의 작동 모드들이 가능하도록 상기 출력 샤프트에 결합된 범위 분할기를 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 출력 샤프트의 두 단부들에서 상기 주 출력 샤프트가 구동력을 제공하기 위하여 사용되는 경우 출력 단부들 사이에 동력을 분할하도록 작동하는 재생 조향 시스템을 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제동으로부터의 에너지를 상기 에너지 저장 유닛에 저장하기 위한 재생 제동 시스템을 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 계통은 상기 주 출력 샤프트에 병렬인 샤프트 둘레에 배치되는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 계통은 상기 주 출력 샤프트 둘레에 동축으로 배치되는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 계통은 상기 주출력 샤프트 둘레에 동축으로 배치되며 상기 주 동력 입력은 상기 주 출력 샤프트의 일 단부에 있는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스미션의 출력 방향을 역전시키며 상기 주 동력 입력에 결합된 역방향 기어 시스템을 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스미션의 출력 방향을 역전시키도록 작동하는 상기 주 출력 샤프트에 결합된 역방향 기어 시스템을 더 구비하는 트랜스미션.
