Claims (10)
- 냉각 매체를 수용하기 위한 다수의 홀(6)이 제공되며, 상기 홀들은 냉각판 냉각면(5)에 용접된 연결관(9, 10)을 통해 냉각 매체 유입부(12) 및 냉각 매체 배출부(13)에 연결되어 있는, 샤프트 오븐용 구리 또는 구리 합금 냉각판에 있어서,상기 연결관(9, 10)이 냉각판측 단부(14)에 플랜지(15)를 가지며, 상기 플랜지(15)가 상기 냉각판 냉각면(5)의 리세스(17)내로 삽입되고, 상기 플랜지(15)의 둘레가 냉각판 냉각면(5)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(9, 10)에 있는 상기 플랜지(15)는 외주에 그리고 상기 냉각판 냉각면(5)에 있는 상기 리세스(17)는 내주에 챔퍼(16, 18)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(9, 10)에 있는 상기 플랜지(15)는 상기 연결관(9, 10)의 냉각판측 단부(14)의 비이딩에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(9, 10)은 오목한 전이 영역(25)에서 플랜지(15)로 블라스팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홀(6)들은 각각 상기 연결관(9, 10)을 통해 냉각 매체 유입부(12) 또는 냉각 매체 배출부(13)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 서로 나란히 놓인 상기 홀(6)들은 각각 하나의 상기 연결관(9, 10)을 통해 상기 냉각 매체 유입부(12) 또는 상기 냉각 매체 배출부(13)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(9, 10)의 냉각판측 단부(14)는 타원형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구리 또는 구리 합금으로 이루어진 상기 연결관(9, 10)은 상기 플랜지(15)와 간격을 두고 강으로 된 슬리브(11)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(9, 10)이 강 또는 강 합금으로 이루어지는 경우 상기 연결관(9, 10)에 있는 상기 챔퍼(16) 및/또는 상기 리세스(17)내에 있는 상기 챔퍼(18)는 니켈로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(9, 10)은 용접된 플랜지(15)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각판.
