Claims (7)
- 캡슐 피막과 그 캡슐 피막에 봉입된 내용물을 구비하며,상기 캡슐 피막의 외경이 14 mm∼25 mm이며,상기 캡슐 피막의 질량이 저작성 캡슐의 전체 질량에 대해서 10%∼20%의 비율의 범위이며,상기 캡슐 피막에 봉입되어 있는 상기 내용물의 양이 1400mg∼3000mg이며,상기 캡슐 피막에 젤라틴이 함유되어 있는 저작성 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캡슐 피막이 젤라틴 100 질량부에 대해 글리세린 30∼200 질량부 및 결정 석출제 1∼200 질량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저작성 캡슐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정 석출제 중 적어도 일부가 결정으로서 피막 표면에 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저작성 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내용물이 25℃에서 2 Pa·s이하의 점도를 갖는 액상의 친유성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 저작성 캡슐.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내용물이 동식물성 기름, 인지질 및 세라미드로 이루 어진 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저작성 캡슐.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내용물이 탄소수 20의 모노엔산 및/또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상과, 탄소수 22의 모노엔산 및/또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저작성 캡슐.
- 젤라틴을 함유하는 피막 재료액을 사용하여 캡슐 모양의 성형체를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 성형체를 건조시키는 건조 공정을 포함하며,상기 건조 공정에 있어서 습도 30%∼50%, 온도 20℃∼30℃의 범위 이내에서 선택되는 제1 조건에 대해서, 습도가 ±5% 이내이며 온도가 ±2℃ 이내로 제어된 분위기하에서 10시간∼12시간 동안 1차 건조를 행하며,상기 1차 건조 후, 습도 70%±5%, 온도 25℃±2℃의 범위 이내로 제어된 분위기하에서 2시간∼3시간 동안 숙성을 행하고,상기 숙성 후, 습도 30%∼50%, 온도 20℃∼30℃의 범위 이내에서 선택되는 제2 조건에 대해서, 습도가 ±5% 이내이며 온도가 ±2℃ 이내로 제어된 분위기하에서 35시간∼70시간 동안 2차 건조를 행하는, 제1항의 저작성 캡슐을 제조하는 방법.
