Claims (10)
- 전계 방출 에미터용 나노 카본계 감광성 페이스트 조성물에 있어서,상기 감광성 페이스트는 고분자 바인더, 다관능성 모노머 또는 올리고머, 입자상 나노 카본계 물질, 광개시제, 광증감제, 소포제, 분산제, 레벨링제 및 용제로 구성되는 조성을 특징으로 하며,전계 방출 에미터 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 전계 방출 에미터 제조 방법은 감광성 페이스트 조성물을 도전성 전극위에 후막을 형성하고, 일정한 형태의 모양을 가진 마스크 및 광조사를 이용하여 패턴을 형성하고 현상액을 이용하여 미패턴 부위를 제거하고 소성 및 표면처리 공정을 거쳐 에미터 표면이 최대로 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제작 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감광성 페이스트 조성물은 나노 카본계 물질 2~50wt%, 바인더는 1~40wt%, 다관능성 모노머는 2~30wt%, 광개시제는0.5~10wt%, 분산제는0.1~5wt%, 소포제는 0.1~5wt%, 레벨링제 0.1~2wt%를 포함하는 나노 카본계 에미터 페이스트 조성물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바인더 아크릴 바인더 외에 에틸 셀룰로오즈(ethyl cellulose), 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오즈(Hydroxyethyl cellulose), 히드록시프로필셀룰로오즈 (Hydroxypropyl cellulose) , 히드록시에틸히드록시프로필 셀룰로오즈 (Hydroxyethylhydroxypropyl cellulose)및 셀룰로오즈아세테이트부틸레이트(Cellulose acet ate butylate)의 셀룰오로스 유도체중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 카본계 전계 방출 에미터용 나노 카본계 감광성 페이스트 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,올리고머는 접착력 개선을 위해 폴리 메틸 메타아크릴레이트 (polymethyl methacrylate :PMMA), 에폭시(Epoxy)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 카본계 전자 방출 소자 에미터의 광중합형 감광성 페이스트 조성물.
- 전계 방출 소자인 에미터의 제조 방법에 있어서, 광중합형 감광성 페이스트를 기판 상에 인쇄하는 단계와, 상기 감광성 페이스트를 가열하여 건조시키는 단계와, 상기 건조된 감광성 페이스트 상에 포토 마스크를 사용하여 자외선에 전면 노광 또는 후면 노광시키는 단계와, 현상하는 단계, 감광성 페이스트를 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
- 전계 방출 에미터용 나노 카본계 감광성 페이스트 조성물에 있어서상기 감광성 페이스트의 모노머는 적어도 2개 이상의 에틸렌계 이중 결합을 갖는 가교성 모노머로서 아크릴산 에스테르계인 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리에 틸렌 글리디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 테트라메틸렌 글리콜디아크릴레이트, 프로필렌글리콜디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리쓰리톨테트라 아 크릴레이트, 디 펜타에리쓰리톨디아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리쓰리톨헥사아크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜디아크릴레이트류와 메타크릴산에스테르계인 테트라메틸렌 글 리콜디메타크릴레이트, 네오펜틸글리콜디 메타크릴레이트, 드리메틸올에탄트리 메타크릴레이트류로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감광성 페이스트에 사용되는 나노카본계 물질은 카본 나노 튜브(CNT), 카본 나노 파이버(CNF)등을 포함하며, 상기 카본 나노 파이버(CNF)는 그 모양이 직선 타입(tubular type), 헤링본 타입(herringbone type), 플레이트릿 타입(platelet type), 아코디언 타입(accordion type)중 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감광성 페이스트는 광개시제 또는 광증감제등은 열분해성 아크릴레이트 계열의 벤조 페논계 화합물, 아세트 페논계 화합물, 트리아진계 화합물, 티오키산톤계 화합물, 포스핀 옥사이드계 화합물, 칼콘 화합물, 쿠마린계 화합물 및 이미다졸계 화합물중 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감광성 페이스트는 감광성 수지 조성물은 분산제, 소포제, 레벨링제 등을 포함하고 이러한 소포제, 레벨링제, 분산제등은 음이온계의 공중합체, 알랄킬 변성 폴리메틸알킬 실록산계, 폴리 실론산계, 비실리콘계 고분자 화합물, 폴리에스테르 변성 디메틸폴리실록산, 폴리에스테르 변성 디메틸폴리실록산 공중합체, 실리콘 계열의 수지, 불소계 계면활성제, 실리콘계 계면활성제등을 단독 또는 2종 이상 다른 물질을 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,전계 방출 소자인 에미터의 제조 방법에 있어서, 인쇄용 실버 페이스트, 감광성 실버 페이스트, 인쇄용 루테늄 옥사이드 페이스트, 감광성 루테늄 옥사이드 페이스트등의 buffer layer가 에미터와 ITO glass 기판 사이에 도트(dot) 또는 라인(line) 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에미터 제조 방법.
