Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 양극 가스 확산 기판, 양극 촉매층, 이오노머 멤브레인, 음극 촉매층 및 음극 가스 확산 기판으로 구성되고, 여기서 양극 촉매층은 양극 가스 확산 기판에 인가되고, 음극 촉매층은 멤브레인 상에 직접적으로 존재하는 것인 직접 메탄올 연료 전지용 멤브레인 전극 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 촉매층은 양극 가스 확산 기판 및 이오노머 멤브레인 모두에 인가되고, 음극 촉매층은 상기 멤브레인 상에 직접적으로 존재하는 것인 멤브레인 전극 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양극 촉매층의 층 두께는 20 내지 200 미크론이고, 상기 음극 촉매층의 층 두께는 5 내지 50 미크론인 멤브레인 전극 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양극층의 귀금속 하중은 0.25 내지 6mg의 귀금속/cm2이고, 상기 음극층의 귀금속 하중은 0.1 내지 2.5mg의 귀금속/cm2인 멤브레인 전극 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지되거나 또는 지지되지 않은 바이메탈 백금/루테늄 촉매들이 양극 촉매로서 사용되는 것인 멤브레인 전극 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지되거나 또는 지지되지 않은 백금-함유 촉매들이 음극 촉매로서 사용되는 것인 멤브레인 전극 유닛.
- 양극 가스 확산 기판을 양극 촉매 잉크로 코팅하는 단계,상기 코팅된 양극 가스 확산 기판을 건조시키는 단계,한쪽 측면 상의 이오노머 멤브레인을 음극 촉매 잉크로 코팅하는 단계,한쪽 측면 상의 상기 이오노머 멤브레인을 건조시키는 단계 및한쪽 측면 상에 코팅된 이오노머 멤브레인을 갖는 코팅된 양극 가스 확산 기판 및 음극 가스 확산 기판을 유닛화하는 단계를 포함하는, 직접 메탄올 연료 전지용 멤브레인 전극 유닛의 생산 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 촉매-코팅된 가스 확산 기판들 또는 이오노머 멤브레인들을 물로 세척하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 20 내지 90℃의 온도에서 액체 메탄올/물 혼합물들과 작동하는 직접 메탄올 연료 전지들의 생산을 위한 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바의 멤브레인 전극 유닛들의 용도.
