Claims (17)
- 규소 화합물을 기본으로 하는 졸(i),하나 이상의 아미노알킬 관능성 알콕시실란(ii) 및/또는성분(i)과 성분(ii)와의 하나 이상의 반응 생성물(iii)을 포함하고,성분(ii)와 성분(iii)으로부터의 아미노알킬 관능성 실란 성분의 양이, 성분(i)에 따르는 졸의 SiO2 함량을 기초로 하여 사용된 특정 아미노알킬알콕시실란으로서 계산하여, 총 0.01 내지 15중량%인, 부식 방지를 위한 금속 피복용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ii)와 성분(iii)으로부터의 아미노알킬 관능성 실란 성분을, 성분(i)에 따르는 졸의 SiO2 함량을 기초로 하여 사용된 특정 아미노알킬알콕시실란으로서 계산하여, 0.02 내지 10.0중량% 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필메틸디에톡시실란, N,N-디(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N,N-디(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-[N'-(2-아미노에틸)-2-아미노에틸)]-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-[N'- (2-아미노에틸)-2-아미노에틸)]-3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-메틸-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-메틸-3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-(n-부틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-(n-부틸)-3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-사이클로헥실-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, N-사이클로헥실-3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-페닐-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시실란, 3-아미노프로필메틸디에톡시실란, 비스(3-트리메톡시실릴프로필)아민 및 비스(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)아민으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터의 하나 이상의 아미노알킬 관능성 알콕시실란을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(i)을, 조성물의 전반적인 구성분을 기준으로 하여 SiO2로서 계산하여, 0.25 내지 40중량% 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올, 메톡시프로판올, 부틸글리콜 또는 상기한 용매/희석제 중의 두 가지 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 부식 억제제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 유기 수지를 포함 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 통상의 방법으로 하나 이상의 알콕시실란으로부터 졸을 제조하는 제1 단계 및제1 단계로부터의 졸에 하나 이상의 아미노알킬 관능성 알콕시실란을, 사용되는 졸의 SiO2 함량을 기준으로 하여 사용된 특정 아미노알킬알콕시실란으로서 계산하여, 0.01 내지 15중량%의 양으로 첨가하고, 경우에 따라, 희석제를 추가로 첨가하며, 경우에 따라, 물을 추가로 첨가하는 제2 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 부식 방지를 위한 금속 피복용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2 단계에서, 물이 제1 단계로부터의 졸 100중량부당 0.001 내지 100중량부의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 제2 단계에서, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올, 메톡시프로판올 및 부틸글리콜로 이루어진 그룹으로부터의 하나 이상의 용매/희석제가 제1 단계로부터의 졸 100중량부당 0.001 내지 10000중량부의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 단계에서 수득된 생성물 혼합물을 철저히 혼합하면서 10 내지 60℃의 온도에서 1분 내지 24시간 동안 추가로 반응시키는 방법.
- 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 마그네슘, 마그네슘 합금, 아연, 아연 합금, 티탄, 티탄 합금, 철, 철 합금, 아연도금 철판, 아연도금 철 합금, 주석, 주석 합금, 구리, 구리 합금, 은 및 은 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터의 금속에 대한 내식성 조성물로서의, 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물 또는 제9항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득된 조성물의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 임의로 세정하고/하거나 전처리한 금속 표면에 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물 또는 제9항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득된 조성물을 도포하고, 도포된 필름을 건조 및/또는 경화시키며, 경우에 따라, 이렇게 하여 수득된 피막에 하나 이상의 페인트 및/또는 중합체 층을 도포함을 포함하는 용도.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 임의로 세정하고/하거나 전처리한 금속 표면에 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물 또는 제9항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득된 조성물을 도포하고, 이를 건조 및/또는 경화시키며, 이렇게 하여 제조된 내식층에 실란계 접착 촉진제를 도포하고, 도포된 접착 촉진제를 건조시키며, 이렇게 하여 수득된 피막에 하나 이상의 페인트 및/또는 중합체 층을 도포함을 포함하는 용도.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 임의로 전처리한 금속 표면에 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물 또는 제9항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득된 조성물을 도포하고, 이를 건조 및/또는 경화시키며, 이렇게 하여 제조된 필름에 플루오로알킬 관능성 규소 화합물을 도포함을 포함하는 용도.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차 제조, 기계 엔지니어링, 선박 건조, 항공기 제조 또는 주택 건축 부재에 있어서의, 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물 또는 제9항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 수득된 조성물의 용도.
