Claims (3)
- 일차 입자의 평균입경이 O.05∼O.3㎛이고, 더욱이 일차 입자의 입경이 1㎛ 이상의 입자개수가 전체 입자개수의 50ppm 이하이며, 더욱이 일차 입자에서 평균입경의 O.6배 이하의 입경을 갖는 입자개수가 전체 입자개수의 10% 이하인 것를 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초미세 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 니켈기 초미세 분말이 염화 니켈 증기의 기상(氣相) 수소환원법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초미세 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 니켈기 초미세 분말이 적층 세라믹 캐패시터용인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초미세 분말.
