Claims (4)
- 전원으로부터 공급되는 전자 제어장치(5)를 작동하여 가스 흐름을 차단하는 열전기 점화 잠금 밸브(17)가 계속 개방되어 있도록 유지 전류를 생성시키는 것에 의해 점화 잠금 자석(18)이 제어되고 전자석(11)이 전기 펄스에 의해 일시적으로 전압이 가해져서, 작동 스트럿(10)은 점화 잠금 밸브(17)를 개방하고 점화 잠금 자석(18)의 앵커(19)의 위치를 정하고, 가스 흐름이 점화된 후에 또는 한정된 유지기간이 초과된 후에 열전쌍(22)이 필요한 유지 전류를 제공하도록 전원으로부터 유지 전류에 의해 충분히 오랫동안 유지되는, 가스 스트림 점화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파일럿 광이 이미 점화된 상태에서, 주 버너(44)로 흐르는 가스량이 증가되도록 구동 장치(40)가 즉시 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 스트림 점화 방법.
- 전원으로부터 공급되는 제어장치(5)와,밸브 디스크(21)가 밸브 막대(20)에 안착되고 닫는 방향으로 회복 스프링(23)에 의해 하중을 받는, 가스 흐름을 차단하는 열전기 점화 잠금 밸브(17)와,점화 잠금 자석의 권선이 한편으로는 가스 화염에 의해 가열된 열전쌍(22)의 회로에 놓여있고, 다른 한편으로는 전자 제어장치(5)에 의해 개시될 수 있고, 점화 잠금 자석의 앵커(19)가 단단히 밸브 막대(20)에 연결되는, 점화 잠금 자석(18)과,점화 잠금 밸브(17)와 정열되고, 전기 펄스를 통해 회복 스프링(13)의 힘에 대항하여 전기 제어장치(5)에 의해 일시적으로 작동할 수 있고 점화 잠금 자석(18)의 앵커(19)가 견딜 수 있고 밸브 디스크(21)가 개방된 위치에 있도록 길이방향으로 움직일 수 있는, 작동 스트럿(10) 및,스위치(24)를 통해 주 버너(44)로 흐르는 가스량을 조절하는, 제어장치(40)로 구성된,제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 가스 스트림 점화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전원은 배터리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 스트림 점화 장치.
