Claims (10)
- 신장 등방 회복률은 약 55 % 이상이고, 바인더, 부직포의 중량을 기준으로 약 3 내지 50 중량%의 베어 탄성 스테이플 섬유 (bare elastomeric staple fiber) 및 권축 스테이플 이성분 섬유를 포함하는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직포의 중량을 기준으로 약 5 내지 30 중량%의 베어 탄성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 권축 섬유가 사이드-바이-사이드 (side-by-side) 및 편심 쉬스-코어 (sheath-core)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 단면을 갖는, 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)와 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 및 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)와 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트-코-이소프탈레이트)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 쌍을 포함하고, 바인더가 부직포의 중량을 기준으로 약 10 내지 50 중량%로 존재하고 탄성 섬유의 연화 온도 미만의 용융 온도를 갖는 바인더 섬유인 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 섬유가 스판덱스이고, 권축 섬유가 부직포의 중량을 기준으로 약 40 내지 80 중량%로 존재하는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베어 탄성 섬유가 폴리우레탄우레아 스판덱스이고, 두께가 약 50 ㎛ 이상 및 135 ㎛ 미만인 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 섬유의 필라멘트 당 선형 밀도가 0.5 내지 40 데시텍스이고, 바인더가 섬유이며, 탄성 섬유, 권축 섬유 및 바인더 섬유의 길이가 3 내지 50 ㎜인 부직포.
- (a) 스테이플 스판덱스, 가열시 권축이 발생하는 스테이플 잠재 권축 섬유, 및 바인더 섬유를 제공하는 단계;(b) 스판덱스, 잠재 권축 섬유 및 바인더 섬유의 현탁물을 제조하는 단계;(c) 에어 레이 (air-lay) 및 웨트 레이 (wet-lay)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법에 의해 현탁물을 웹으로 형성하는 단계;(d) 웹을 가열하여 바인더 섬유를 용융시키고 섬유를 접합시키는 단계; 및(e) 이완 상태에서 웹을 가열하여 잠재 권축 섬유에서 권축을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 부직포의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 잠재 권축 섬유가 부직포의 중량을 기준으로 40 내지 80 중량%에 상응하는 농도로 존재할 수 있도록 현탁물 제조 단계 (b)를 수행하고, 가열 단계 (d) 및 가열 단계 (e)를 단일 단계로서 수행하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가열 단계 (d) 및 가열 단계 (e)를 스판덱스의 연화 온도 미만의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제7항의 방법으로 제조되는 제1항의 부직포를 포함하고, 의복의 심지, 기저귀, 외부 투약용 기재, 와이핑용 천 및 포장 재료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 물품.
