Claims (1)
- 소정 크기의 액정시트(40)를 그 시트면이 피검사체의 표면부와 일정 간격 이격된 상태를 유지하도록 설치하는 단계와, 설치된 액정시트(40)의 분위기 온도를 일정 온도로 유지시켜 상기 액정시트(40)가 특정한 색을 띠도록 하는 단계와, 피검사체의 내측 공간부와 연통되게 형성된 유입구(21)를 통해 피검사체 내측 공간부로 상기 액정시트(40)의 분위기 온도와 소정의 온도차를 갖는 기체를 가압, 유입시키는 단계와, 상기 액정시트(40)의 색상변화를 감지하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 액정시트를 이용한 금속기밀체의 리크 검출방법.
