Claims (7)
- 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 주체가 되는 금속의 산화물 또는 탄산염을 현탁한 알칼리용액, 탄산염용액 또는 탄산수소염용액에 다른 원소의 염의 수용액을 떨어뜨려, 상기 "주체가 되는 금속의 화합물"의 표면에 다른 원소의 화합물을 침전석출시킨 후, 이 다른 원소화합물을 석출부착시킨 주체화합물과 리튬화합물을 혼합하여 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, "주체가 되는 금속의 화합물"에 있어서의 금속이 Co, Mn 또는 Ni인 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, "다른 원소"가 천이금속(Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni 및 Cu), 알칼리금속(Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs 및 Fr), 알칼리토류금속(Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba 및 Ra), B 및 Al 중의 1종 이상인 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "주체가 되는 금속의 화합물"에 있어서의 금속과 "다른 원소"와의 비율이 몰비로 99:1∼40:60인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "주체가 되는 금속의 화합물"에 있어서의 금속이 Mn이고, "다른 원소"가 Co, Ni, Al, Mg 및 Ti 중의 1종 이상인 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "주체가 되는 금속의 화합물"에 있어서의 금속이 Co이고, "다른 원소"가 Mn, Ni, Al, Mg 및 Ti 중의 1종 이상인 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "주체가 되는 금속의 화합물"에 있어서의 금속이 Ni이고, "다른 원소"가 Co, Mn, Al, Mg 및 Ti 중의 1종 이상인 리튬이차전지용 양극재료의 제조방법.
