Description
Claims (20)
- 가스의 유로상에 조립되고, 해당 가스의 유입측과 유출측에 개구를 갖는 외관과, 해당 외관에 수납장착되고, 유입된 상기 가스중의 미립자를 포착 또는 포착하여 연소 제거하기 위한 필터를 구비하여 이루어지는 미립자 제거 장치로서,상기 필터가 내관을 구성하고, 해당 내관과 외관과의 사이의 간극이, 상기 내관 내의 압력이 급격하게 증대한 때의, 상기 가스의 비상시 우회유로로서 기능하는 구성으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내관에는, 상기 내관 내의 압력이 급격하게 증대한 때의, 비상시 우회유로로 상기 가스를 흘리는 안전밸브가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외관의 측면에는, 상기 필터를 부착 또는 떼어내기 위한 덮개가 있는 착탈용 개구부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 가스의 유로상에 조립되고, 해당 가스의 유입측과 유출측에 개구를 갖는 외관과, 해당 외관에 수납장착되고, 유입된 상기 가스중의 미립자를 포착 또는 포착하여 연소 제거하기 위한 복수의 필터를 구비하여 이루어지는 미립자 제거 장치로서,상기 복수의 필터는, 상기 가스의 흐름에 따라, 서로 접속되고, 또한, 상기 가스의 유입구관과 유출구관과도 조합되어, 유입측과 유출측을 제외하면, 밀봉 구조의 내관을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 필터 상호의 사이, 최상류측에 배치된 상기 필터와 상기 유입구관과의 사이, 및 최하류측에 배치된 상기 필터와 상기 유출구관과의 사이에는, 개스킷이 삽입되어, 밀봉 구조의 상기 내관이 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 내관에는, 상기 복수의 필터 상호를 접속하기 위한 상기 개스킷이 있는 조인트관이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 외관의 측면에는, 상기 각 필터를 부착 또는 떼어내기 위한 덮개가 있는 착탈용 개구부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 내관을 조립할 때에는, 상기 착탈용 개구부의 덮개부를 열고, 해당 착탈용 개구부로부터, 상기 각 필터를 삽입하고, 상기 내관을 조립하는 한편, 상기 내관을 분해할 때에는, 상기 각 필터를 상기 착탈용 개구부로부터 취출하는 착탈 수단이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 착탈 수단이, 단수 또는 복수의 장 볼트를 갖고 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 착탈 수단이, 단수 또는 복수의 장 볼트와 더블 너트를 갖고 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,유출측 또는 유입측의 상기 내관과 상기 외관과의 축방향 간극에는, 상기 내관을 상기 외관에 고정함과 함께, 열팽창을 흡수하기 위한 판스프링 부재가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 내관을 조립할 때에는, 상기 착탈용 개구부의 덮개부를 열고, 해당 착탈용 개구부로부터, 상기 각 필터를 삽입하여, 상기 내관을 조립하는 한편, 상기 내관을 분해할 때에는, 상기 각 필터를 상기 착탈용 개구부로부터 취출하기 위한, 단수 또는 복수의 장 볼트를 갖는 착탈 수단이 마련되고, 상기 외관의 유입측 단면 또는 유출측 단면에 상기 착탈 수단의 상기 장 볼트가 삽통되어 있고, 또한, 유출측 또는 유입측의 상기 내관과 상기 외관과의 축방향 간극에, 열팽창을 흡수하기 위한 판스프링 부재가 마련되어 있고, 상기 장 볼트를 체결하면, 상기 판스프링 부재가 압박 변형함으로써, 상기 내관이 상기 외관에 고정되는 구성으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 판스프링 부재는, 상기 유입구관 또는 유출구관을 삽통시키는 개구부가 중앙부에 마련되어 있는 접시 스프링으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 내관과 외관과의 간극이, 상기 내관 내의 압력이 급격하게 증대한 때의 상기 가스의 비상시 우회유로로서 기능하는 구성으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 내관에는, 상기 내관 내의 압력이 급격하게 증대할 때, 비상시 우회유로로 상기 가스를 흐르게 하기 위한 안전밸브가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 필터의 눈막힘을 알리는 눈막힘 센서가 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,디젤 엔진의 배출 경로상에 조립되고, 디젤 배출가스의 유입측과 유출측에 개구를 갖는 외관과, 해당 외관에 수납장착되고, 상기 디젤 배출가스중의 미립자를 포착 또는 포착하여 연소 제거하기 위한 필터를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,디젤 엔진의 배출 경로상에 조립되고, 디젤 배출가스의 유입측과 유출측에 개구를 갖는 외관과, 해당 외관에 수납장착되고, 상기 디젤 배출가스중의 미립자를 포착 또는 포착하여 연소 제거하기 위한 복수의 필터를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 제거 장치.
- 제 17항에 기재된 상기 미립자 제거 장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤차.
- 제 18항에 기재된 상기 미립자 제거 장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤차.
