Claims (20)
- 피스톤 링 기재로 구성되는 피스톤 링으로서,상기 피스톤 링 기재는 내마모성 조성물의 전체 용적을 기준으로 할 때 50 용적% 이상의 금속간 합금을 포함하며, 상기 금속간 합금은 FeAl 및 Fe3Al 중 적어도 하나인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 링 기재는 피스톤 링 기재의 전체 용적을 기준으로 할 때 70 용적% 이상의 금속간 합금을 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 링 기재는 하나 이상의 금속간 합금에 의해 형성되는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 링 기재는 코팅을 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 링 기재의 상기 코팅은 하나 이상의 금속간 합금을 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속간 합금은 FeAl과 Fe3Al의 혼합물인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 세라믹 화합물을 포함하는 내마모성의 복합 조성물로 이루어지는 코팅을 구비하는 피스톤 링으로서,상기 내마모성의 조성물은 내마모성 조성물의 전체 용적을 기준으로 할 때 50 용적% 이상의 금속간 합금을 더 포함하며, 상기 금속간 합금은 FeAl 및 Fe3Al 중 적어도 하나인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 금속간 합금에 의해 형성된 매트릭스를 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 Cr3C2인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 크롬 산화물인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 SiC인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 알루미늄 산화물인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 내마모성 조성물의 전체 용적을 기준으로 할 때 70 내지 99 용적%의 금속간 합금을 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 세라믹 화합물을 포함하는 내마모성의 복합 조성물로 이루어지는 피스톤 링으로서,상기 내마모성의 조성물은 내마모성 조성물의 전체 용적을 기준으로 할 때 50 용적% 이상의 금속간 합금을 더 포함하며, 상기 금속간 합금은 FeAl 및 Fe3Al 중 적어도 하나인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 금속간 합금에 의해 형성된 매트릭스를 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 Cr3C2인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 크롬 산화물인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 SiC인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 알루미늄 산화물인 것인 피스톤 링.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 내마모성 조성물의 전체 용적을 기준으로 할 때 70 내지 99 용적%의 금속간 합금을 포함하는 것인 피스톤 링.
