Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 연소시 목탄을 형성하는 열가소성 수지, 열경화성 수지, 열가소성 수지 혼합물 또는 열경화성 수지 혼합물 81 내지 99.99중량%와(b) 중량 평균 분자량이 300 이상인 평균 분자식의 실세스퀴옥산 수지[여기서, R은 각각 수소, 알킬 그룹, 알케닐 그룹, 또는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴 그룹이고, a와 b는 0 또는 양수이고, a + b의 값은 0 이상이고, c는 양수이고, d, e 및 f는 0 또는 양수이며, 이 공중합체는 RSiO3/2단위를 40mole% 이상 포함하고, SiO4/2단위를 10mole% 이하 포함하며, 규소 결합된 R 그룹의 30mole% 이상은 규소 결합된 아릴 그룹이고, 규소 결합된 R 그룹의 0.5mole% 이상은 규소 결합된 수소 원자이고, 규소 결합된 하이드록실 그룹의 함량은 2중량% 이하이고, 알콕시 그룹이 메톡시 또는 에톡시인 규소 결합된 알콕시 그룹의 함량은 5중량% 이하이다] 0.01 내지 19중량%를 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)이 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트와 다른 중합체와의 혼합물, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌 에테르와 스티렌과의 혼합물, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드와 스티렌 물질과의 혼합물, 폴리아라미드, 폴리이미드, 경질 봉 구조의 페닐 함유 수지, 스티렌 물질,폴리아크릴레이트, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 수지, 할로겐화 플라스틱, 폴리케톤, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 열가소성 엘라스토머, 셀룰로즈, 레이온 및 폴리락트산으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스티렌 물질이 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 폴리스티렌 및 내충격성 폴리스티렌으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)이 폴리카보네이트, 폴리카프로락탐, 폴리라우릴락탐, 폴리헥사메틸렌아디프아미드, 폴리헥사메틸렌도데칸아미드, 나일론과 기타 중합체와의 혼합물, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트-아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 혼합물, 폴리카보네이트-폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 혼합물, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리에테르 설폰, 폴리에틸렌 설파이드, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 폴리스티렌, 내충격성 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 수지, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 플루오로플라스틱, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 열가소성 우레탄, 열가소성 가황물 및 스티렌 에틸렌 부틸렌 스티렌 공중합체로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)이 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지, 우레탄 엘라스토머 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 각각 수소원자, 메틸 또는 페닐인 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 공중합체가 RSiO3/2단위 60 내지 90mole%, SiO4/2단위 5mole% 이하, 규소 결합된 페닐 그룹 50 내지 80mole%, 규소 결합된 수소원자 1 내지 5mole%, 규소 결합된 하이드록실 그룹 0.5 내지 1.2중량%, 및 알콕시 그룹이 메톡시 또는 에톡시인 규소 결합된 알콕시 그룹 5중량% 이하를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(b)이 (Me2HSiO1/2)a(PhMeSiO2/2)b(Me2Si02/2)b(PhSi03/2)c, (MeHSi02/2)b(PhSiO3/2)c또는 (Me3SiO1/2)a(MeHSiO2/2)b(PhSiO3/2)c인 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 나트륨 함유 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 분말을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
