Claims (8)
- 주석(Sn) 및 규소(Si) 중 적어도 한 쪽에 더하여, 철(Fe)을 포함하는 합금 또는 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금 또는 화합물에 있어서의 철의 비율은 15질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금 또는 화합물은, 크롬(Cr)을 1500질량ppm 미만의 비율로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금 또는 화합물의 분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 재료.
- 정극 및 부극과 함께 전해질을 구비한 전지로서,상기 부극은, 주석(Sn) 및 규소(Si) 중 적어도 한 쪽에 더하여, 철(Fe)을 포함하는 합금 또는 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 합금 또는 화합물에 있어서의 철의 비율은 15질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 합금 또는 화합물은, 크롬(Cr)을 1500질량ppm 미만의 비율로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 부극은, 상기 합금 또는 화합물의 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
