Claims (12)
- 기초 재료의 표면의 일부 또는 전부에 반데르발스 힘에 의해 상기 기초 재료와 물리적으로 결합하고 있는 탄소질 재료를 복합화한 복합물 재료를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 기초 재료는 주석(Sn); 및 코발트(Co)와 철(Fe)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합물 재료에서의 상기 기초 재료와 상기 탄소질 재료의 질량비가, 기초 재료 100에 대하여, 탄소질 재료 0.1 이상 8.0 이하의 범위 내에 있는, 음극 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기초 재료가 스칸듐(Sc), 티탄(Ti), 바나듐(V), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 붕소(B), 알루미늄(Al), 갈륨(Ga), 인듐(In) 및 은(Ag)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 추가로 포함하는 음극 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료가 아세틸렌 블랙인 음극 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료가 인조 흑연인 음극 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료가 탄소 섬유인 음극 재료.
- 삭제
- 양극, 음극 및 전해질을 포함하는 전지로서,상기 음극이, 기초 재료의 표면의 일부 또는 전부에 반데르발스 힘에 의해 상기 기초 재료와 물리적으로 결합하고 있는 탄소질 재료를 복합화한 복합물 재료를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 기초 재료는 주석(Sn); 및 코발트(Co)와 철(Fe)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합물 재료에서의 상기 기초 재료와 상기 탄소질 재료의 질량비가, 기초 재료 100에 대하여, 탄소질 재료 0.1 이상 8.0 이하의 범위 내에 있는, 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기초 재료가 스칸듐(Sc), 티탄(Ti), 바나듐(V), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 붕소(B), 알루미늄(Al), 갈륨(Ga), 인듐(In) 및 은(Ag)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 추가로 포함하는 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료가 아세틸렌 블랙인 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료가 인조 흑연인 전지.
