Claims (3)
- 수개의 엘이디발광램프(21)를 구성하는 엘이디모듈(20)을 등기구몸체(10)에 각도가 조절되도록 설치하여 구성하는 가로등에 있어서,
지주를 결합하는 지주결합부(11)를 구성하고, 적어도 2개 이상의 엘이디모듈(21)을 장착하는 모듈장착부(12)를 구성한 등기구몸체(10)와;
상기 등기구몸체(10)의 모듈장착부(12)에 양단이 회동가능하도록 결합되어 각도조절이 가능하도록 구성한 엘이디모듈(20)과;
상기 등기구몸체(10)의 모듈장착부(12)에 장착되며, 각각의 엘이디모듈(20)을 설치하도록 힌지편(31)을 구성한 힌지브라켓트(30)와;
상기 엘이디모듈(20)의 양단에 일체로 결합되는 위치고정브라켓트(40) 및 스톱브라켓트(50)를 각각 구성한 것과;
상기 등기구몸체(10)를 저면은 평면으로 구성하고 상면은 지붕처럼 중앙이 높게 솟아올라 눈이나 기타 빗물이 적층되거나 고이지 않고 쉽게 흘러내리도록 구성한 다음, 후단에 가로등지주의 상단에 결합하는 지주결합부(11)를 구성하고 그 양측으로 식별표시등(15)을 구성하며, 선단 측에 적어도 2개 이상의 엘이디모듈(20)을 장착하는 모듈장착부(12)를 구성한 것과;
상기 엘이디모듈(20)은, 등기구몸체(10)의 모듈장착부(12)에 결합 구성한 힌지브라켓트(30)의 힌지편(31)에 각각 개별적으로 회동가능하도록 양단이 결합 되어 각도조절이 가능하도록 구성한 것과;
상기 등기구몸체(10)의 모듈장착부(12)에 엘이디모듈(20)의 양측이 결합하도록 구성하는 힌지브라켓트(30)의 일 측의 힌지편(31)은 힌지축(32)과는 별도로 고정볼트(33)를 나사결합하여 구성하고, 이와 대응하는 엘이디모듈(20)에 일체로 구성하는 위치고정브라켓트(40)에 상기 고정볼트(33)가 관통하여 안내하는 원호상의 가이드장공(41)을 구성하여 가이드장공(41)에 결합된 고정볼트(33)를 조여서 엘이디모듈(20)의 위치고정이 가능하도록 한 것과;
상기 등기구몸체(10)의 모듈장착부(12)에 엘이디모듈(20)의 양측이 결합하도록 구성하는 힌지브라켓트(30)의 다른 일 측의 힌지편(31)은 힌지축(32)과는 별도로 스톱볼(36)이 스프링(37)에 탄지되어 조절볼트(38)로 탄지력을 조절하도록 스톱파(35)를 구성하고 이와 대응하는 엘이디모듈(20)에 일체로 구성하는 스톱브라켓트(50)에 원호상으로 일정한 간격으로 스톱홀(51)을 구성하여 엘이디모듈(20)이 단계적으로 회동하도록 한 것과;
상기 등기구몸체(10)의 모듈장착부(12)에 일체로 결합한 힌지브라켓트(30)에 구성한 고정볼트(33) 및 스톱파(35)와 일치하는 위치에 각각 조정공(13)을 구성하여 고정볼트(33)와 스톱파(35)의 조절볼트(38)를 조작이 용이하도록 한 것으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조사각 조절이 용이한 가로등. - 삭제
