Claims (7)
- 하부에 다수개의 방열핀(112)이 형성된 것으로, 양측면에 서로 대응되는 형상의 암ㆍ수결합부(116,114)를 형성하여 또 다른 히트싱크 케이스(110a)를 회동가능하게 결합할 수 있는 히트싱크 케이스(110)와;상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)의 상부에 등간격으로 결합되며 내부에 수용공간이 형성된 반사갓(120)과;상기 반사갓(120) 내에 위치되어 빛을 발산하는 LED램프(130)와;상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)와 LED램프(130) 사이에 설치되어 LED램프(130)에서 발생되는 열을 히트싱크 케이스(110) 및 방열핀(112)으로 전달하는 방열보드(140)와;상기 LED램프(130)의 상부에 설치되어 LED램프(130)에서 발산되는 빛의 조도범위를 조절할 수 있는 렌즈(150)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하되,상기 수결합부(114)는 상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)의 일측면 상하부에 돌출 형성되어 또 다른 히트싱크 케이스(110a)와의 결합시 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 한 것으로, 상부에는 원통형의 회동부재(114a)가 형성되고 하부에는 암결합부(116)와 접촉되어 미끄러지는 슬라이딩부재(114b)가 형성되며,상기 암결합부(116)는 상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)의 타측면 상하부에 상기 수결합부(114)와 대응되게 형성되는 것으로, 상부에는 상기 수결합부(114)의 상부에 형성된 회동부재(114a)가 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 지지부재(116a)가 형성되고, 하부에는 상기 수결합부(114)의 슬라이딩부재(114b)를 안내하는 가이드부재(116b)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 LED조명기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반사갓(120)은:상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)의 상부에 나사결합되는 것으로 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고 그 상부 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 하부반사갓(122)과;상기 하부반사갓(122)의 상부에 형성된 나사산에 결합되는 것으로, 상기 하부반사갓(122)에 형성된 나사산에 대응되는 나사산이 하부에 내주면에 형성된 상부 반사갓(124)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 LED조명기구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하부반사갓(122)과 히트싱크 케이스(110)와 접촉되는 면 및 상부반사갓(124)과 하부반사갓(122)이 접촉되는 면에는 기밀을 유지하기 위한 오링(126)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 LED조명기구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부반사갓(124)의 상부에는 내부의 LED램프(130), 방열보드(140), 렌즈(150) 등을 보호할 수 있는 투명 보호유리(160)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 LED조명기구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)의 상하부에는 회동가능하게 결합된 히트싱크 케이스(110) 및 또 다른 히트싱크 케이스(110a)의 회전각도를 고정시킬 수 있는 상하커버판(170)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 LED조명기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 히트싱크 케이스(110)의 좌우 양측에는 상기 암ㆍ수결합부(116,114)를 보호할 수 있도록 한 좌우커버판(180)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 LED조명기구.
