Claims (4)
- 클램프본체(1)의 상,하부 일측단에는 클램프덮개(2)가 힌지식으로 각운동 가능하게 각각 연결 설치되고, 상기 클램프본체(1)는 열십자(十) 형태로 형성되어 각각의 클램프덮개(2)가 90도 각도로 교차되도록 하는 고정식 본체 또는 상부본체(1a)와 하부본체(1b)가 회전지지축(15)에 의하여 상대회전이 가능하도록 연결 설치되는 회전식 본체 중에서 택일한 것이 되며, 상기 클램프본체(1)의 상,하부 타측단에는 클램프덮개(2)를 클램프본체(1)와 조립하여 비계파이프(11)를 고정시키는 클램핑볼트(3)가 링크식으로 연결 설치되고, 상기 클램핑볼트(3)에는 조임너트가 조립 설치되며, 상기 클램프덮개(2)의 선단측에는 클램핑볼트(3)가 삽입되는 "∪"자형의 볼트장착홈(6)이 형성되고, 상기 클램프본체(1)와 클램프덮개(2)에 제공된 비계파이프(11)의 클램핑표면(12)에는 다수 개의 결착리브(13)가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 각각의 결착리브(13)는 비계파이프(11)의 외주연부를 감싸는 형태가 되도록 해당 클램핑표면(12)을 따라 원호(圓弧)상으로 돌출 형성된 비계용 파이프 클램프(10)에 있어서,
상기 클램프본체(1)에 형성된 결착리브(13)와 클램프덮개(2)에 형성된 결착리브(13)는 비계파이프(11)의 길이 방향에 걸쳐 서로 엇갈리게 배치되고, 상기 클램프본체(1)와 클램프덮개(2)는 구조용 탄소강을 이용하여 열간 프레스 성형된 단조품인 되며,
상기 조임너트는 하단부에 플랜지와셔(4a)가 일체로 형성된 와셔너트(4)로 하되, 상기 와셔너트(4)의 두께는 클램핑볼트(3)의 직경을 기준으로 하는 너트 규격의 1.5~2배가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비계용 파이프 클램프. - 삭제
