Description
도 2는 본 고안의 바람직한 일실시예에 따른 서지보호장치의 구조를 보여주는 사시도면,
도 3a 및 도 3b는 본 고안의 바람직한 일실시예에 따른 서지보호장치의 열화로 인한 회로 분리 전, 후의 동작상태를 보여주는 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 일단은 전원라인의 접지선에 연결되고, 타단은 전원라인의 모선 사이에 연결되어 서지전류로부터 회로를 보호하는 기능을 하는 배리스터와,
상기 배리스터를 수용하는 하우징으로 이루어지며,
상기 배리스터의 타단은, 상기 배리스터의 열화에 의해 이상 발열이 발생하는 경우 용융에 의해 단선이 이루어지도록 상기 배리스터의 코팅이 제거된 표면에 접촉하여 형성되는 납땜부로 상기 배리스터와 연결되고,
상기 하우징의 내부에는, 상기 납땜부가 용융에 의해 단선되는 경우 회동에 의해 상기 배리스터의 표면으로부터 용융된 상기 납땜부를 상호 물리적으로 완전히 이격시키는 기능을 하는 이격부재가 구비되며,
상기 하우징은, 상기 배리스터의 일단 및 타단이 각각 하우징의 외부로 돌출되도록 형성되며, 상기 하우징의 내부에는 일면은 회전축이 돌출하여 형성되고 타면은 상기 배리스터와 접촉하는 가이드판이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호장치의 구조. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이격부재는,
상기 납땜부에 접촉하여 위치하되 상기 납땜부가 용융에 의해 단선되는 경우 탄성력에 의한 회동에 의해 용융된 상기 납땜부 사이에 개재할 수 있도록 일단이 상기 회전축에 삽입되어 구비되는 절연이격판과,
상기 절연이격판에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호장치의 구조. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는 토션스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호장치의 구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 재질은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호장치의 구조.
