상기 삽입부의 단부에는 일정부위가 면취되어 경사지게 형성되는 제1경사면이 형성되고, 상기 수용부의 내부에는 상기 제1경사면에 대응되는 제2경사면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다

- 내부에 냉매가 이송되는 이송로가 구비되고 냉매관을 서로 연결하는 제1연결구와 제2연결구로 이루어진 냉매관 연결구조에 있어서,상기 제1연결구(100)는 길이방향으로 관통되게 형성되어 냉매가 이송되는 제1이송로(110)와; 외주 면에 일정 폭으로 형성되고 제1체결홈(130)이 복수로 형성되는 제1플랜지(120)와; 상기 제1플랜지(120)의 단부에서 돌출되게 형성된 삽입부(140)와; 상기 삽입부(140)와 상기 제1플랜지(120)가 연결되는 부위에 형성된 제1패킹홈(151); 및 상기 제1패킹홈(151)에 안착되는 제1패킹(161)으로 구성되고,상기 제2연결구(200)는 길이방향으로 관통되게 형성되어 냉매가 이송되는 제2이송로(210)와; 외주 면에 일정 폭으로 형성되고 상기 제1체결홈(130)에 대응되는 제2체결홈(230)이 복수로 형성되는 제2플랜지(220)와; 상기 제2플랜지(220)에서 내측으로 함몰되어 상기 삽입부(140)가 안착되는 수용부(240); 및 상기 수용부(240)와 상기 제2플랜지(220)가 연결되는 부위에 돌기가 형성되어 상기 제1패킹(161)을 압착하는 지지돌기(250);로 구성되며,상기 삽입부(140)의 단부에는 일정부위가 면취되어 경사지게 형성되는 제1경사면(170)이 형성되고, 상기 수용부(240)의 내부에는 상기 제1경사면(170)에 대응되는 제2경사면(270)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매관 연결구조.
