Abstract
Description
또한 대한민국 특허청에 등록번호 20-0269598호로 건축물 시공용 패널의 창문구조가 공지되어 있는바, 받침단턱을 갖춘 프레임을 패널에 미리 고정해야 하므로 프레임을 패널에 고정하는 작업이 현장에서 매우 곤란한 단점이 있다.
또한 받침단턱을 갖춘 프레임을 투시창의 상하좌우에 설치해야 하므로 프레임의 준비에 따른 비용이 증가하는 단점이 있다.
Claims (3)
- 앞쪽철판(1110)과, 뒤쪽철판(1120)과, 이 앞쪽철판과 뒤쪽철판의 사이에 구비된 패널내부재(1700)와, 상기 앞쪽철판과 뒤쪽철판 및 패널내부재에 형성된 관통구멍(1130,1710)에 설치되는 창틀부재와, 이 창틀부재의 양측 외측면에 부착되는 접착부재(1500)와, 상기 접착부재에 내측면에 일정한 폭으로 테두리면을 따라 실크인쇄면(1610)쪽이 부착되어 설치된 각각의 유리(1600)를 포함하는 관람창을 갖춘 패널에 있어서,상기 관통구멍(1130)은 상하좌우에서 안쪽 방향을 향해 일정한 길이를 갖도록 1차 절곡되어 1차절곡면(1111,1121)이 형성되고,각각의 상기 1차절곡면(1111,1121)의 단부는 일정길이가 관통구멍(1130)의 중심을 향하도록 상하좌우에서 2차 절곡되어 각각의 2차절곡면(1112,1122)이 형성되며,상기 창틀부재(1400)는 상하좌우 각각의 상기 2차절곡면(1112,1122)의 외측면으로 밀착되어 끼워지도록 ㄷ자 형상의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 관람창을 갖춘 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 창틀부재(1400)는 상기 관통구멍(1130)의 상하부로 끼워지는 창틀부재(1410)가 길이가 길고, 상기 관통구멍의 양측면에서 끼워지는 창틀부재(1420)의 길이가 짧게 구성되어, 상부의 창틀부재(1410)와 하부의 창틀부재(1410)의 사이에 양측면으로 창틀부재(1420)가 끼워지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 관람창을 갖춘 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각각의 상기 창틀부재(1400)의 양단부가 45도로 경사지게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 관람창을 갖춘 패널.
