배양 트레이는 3층 이상일 수도 있지만, 설명을 단순화하기 위하여 도면과 같이 2층으로 형성한다. 장방형 프레임(10)에는 배양 트레이(3)가 슬라이드 될 수 있도록 가이드레일(6)이 부착된다. 또한, 배양 트레이(3)의 상하 요동을 방지하기 위하여 가이드라인(62)이 추가로 제공된다. 가이드레일(6)과 배양 트레이(3)는 완전 체결 시에 유지가 되도록 스프링 볼(도시 안됨)과 홈(도시 안됨)이 제공된다. 하단의 배양액 공급통(2) 또한 동일한 방식으로 가이드레일(6)과 가이드 라인(62)에 슬라이딩되고 완전 체결 시에 유지가 된다.The culture tray may be three or more layers, but is formed in two layers as shown in the figure to simplify the description.
