Claims (7)
- 공조용 급기덕트(30)에 설치되고 급기량 조절이 가능한 가변 댐퍼(10)에 있어서,상기 급기덕트(30)의 말단에 삽입되는 본체(11)와,상기 본체(11)의 내부에 설치되고 일정 크기의 개구부(14)가 형성된 도어 지지판(13)과,상기 도어 지지판(13)의 토출면측에 구비된 힌지축(16)에 결합되어 회전됨으로써 상기 개구부(14)를 개폐시키는 도어 플레이트(15)와,상기 도어 플레이트(15)의 후방측에 설치되고 상기 도어 플레이트(15)의 개도량을 기계적으로 결정하여 급기량을 조절하는 도어개도 조절부재(20)를 포함하되,상기 도어개도 조절부재(20)는 상기 본체(11)를 가로지르도록 설치되며 회전에 따라 외면과 상기 도어 플레이트(15)의 후면 사이의 거리가 가변되는 캠축(21)과, 그리고 상기 캠축(21)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 상기 캠축(21)의 일단에 설치되는 노브(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 댐퍼.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도어 지지판(13)은, 급기가 차단되었을 때 상기 도어 플레이트(15)가 자중에 의해 상기 개구부(14)를 차단하도록 토출구 방향으로 하향 경사지게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 댐퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도어 플레이트(15)는 상기 도어 지지판(13)에 대하여 오목하게 형성된 오목부(15')를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 댐퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도어 플레이트(15)가 상기 도어 지지판(13)과 접촉시 소음이 발생하지 않도록 상기 도어 플레이트(15)의 토출 반대면에 방음패드(17)가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 댐퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체(11)의 토출구측 끝단 외주를 따라 플랜지(12)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 댐퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캠축(21)을 지지하는 지지부(18)의 구멍과 캠축(21) 사이에 삽입되어 상기 캠축(21)의 회전각이 유지되도록 상기 캠축의 일단에 설치되는 노브(22)의 내주면에는 위치결정키(24)가 돌출설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 댐퍼
