Claims (10)
- 전원인가시 빛을 발생시키는 적어도 하나의 발광원 ;상기 발광원이 전기적으로 연결되는 패턴회로를 구비하는 기판 ;상기 기판의 하면과 면접하는 바닥부로부터 일정높이 연장되고, 상기 기판의 좌우양측 테두리가 삽입되는 기판 조립홈을 하단 내측면에 형성한 한쌍의 측벽부를 갖추어 상기 기판이 기판 조립홈을 따라 길이방향으로 삽입배치되는 방열하우징 ; 및상기 방열하우징의 개방된 입구단과 출구단을 밀폐하도록 상기 방열하우징의 입구단과 출구단에 각각 조립되는 마개부재 ;를 포함하고,상기 발광원은 상기 기판의 패턴회로와 전기적으로 연결되고, 엘이디칩과 와이어본딩되는 리드프레임을 구비하는 패키지본체와, 상기 패키지본체의 상부면에 형성된 상부렌즈를 덮도록 상기 패키지본체와 조립되는 광가이더를 포함하고,상기 방열하우징의 개방된 상부를 덮는 투명판을 포함하고, 상기 투명판은 상기 측벽부의 상단 내측면에 형성된 투명판 조립홈을 따라 삽입되어 조립되며,상기 마개부재는 상기 기판의 패턴회로와 일단부가 전기적으로 연결되는 전원케이블이 삽입되어 인출되는 지지공을 포함하는 복수개의 가이더를 구비하고,상기 마개부재의 하부단에 구비되는 탄성편은 상기 기판의 좌우양단에 형성되는 조립턱과 탄력적으로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명 모듈.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패키지본체는 고출력 엘이디 패키지이고, 상기 광가이더는 상기 기판의 길이방향과 직교하는 세로방향으로 30도의 방사각과, 상기 기판의 길이방향과 나란한 가로방향으로 60도 내지 100도의 방사각을 갖도록 패턴을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 상기 패턴회로가 상부면에 인쇄되고, 알루미늄 또는 철 합금 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 메탈PCB로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 상기 발광원의 발광을 제어하는 제어부를 추가 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 발광원에 공급되는 전류를 정전류로 변환시켜 일정한 값으로 유지하도록 하는 정전류 스위칭 드라이버 회로를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열하우징의 바닥부는 상기 기판의 하면과 국부적으로 면접하도록 일정높이 돌출형성되는 적어도 하나의 접촉부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열하우징의 측벽부는 외부면에 방열표면적을 넓힐 수 있도록 복수개의 요홈을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명 모듈.
